In your own words, Why do you think you was banned:
Glitching/Exploiting:
I was banned by Neo on a forum report for Glitching/Bad RP when I did not/intend to glitch anything I was unable to put my last response into the thread before Neo banned me which would have proven more to the point that I thought what I said in the forum report and that the officer did in fact unrestrain me.
Neo said I could have been an honest guy and played out like they didn't wear off which usually a would but I genuinely thought in this case that they didn't and I was unrestrained which it looked like from my point of view.
I have been on this server for 11 months and to purposely "glitch" out of restraints wouldn't be the smartest thing to do.
I was planning to respond to the report against me but I was banned before I could put my last response in that was proving more to the point that I didn't know I was automatically unrestrained rather than unrestrained by the officer, I did testing with 2 of my gang members and we came to the conclusion that the officer that restrained me in the first place was Stee and he had died and not the officer who had me so that was the reason my restraints wore off, it was an honest mistake.
Video 1: Wolf restrained me, I jumped in the car and then jumped out and I was still restrained however when he unrestrained me I did the salute animation which proves more that that animation is sometimes preformed when being unrestrained.

Video 2: Wolf restrained me, then Dimitry killed him this time when I jumped into the vehicle I was able to replicate the action that happened at the Police station this proves more that I did not purposely exploit the fact that my restraints wore off and that the officer did in fact unrestrain me in my eyes.

Poor Roleplay:
I do remember TinyBigJacko saying Police stations had to be played out as if there are lots of officers there and it wouldn't have been so easy for me to escape that situation by simply being put in a car and in that instance my role play could have been better and I should have remembered at the time what was said by TinyBigJacko, in your eyes this is bad RP and looking back in my own eyes it was pretty bad but there has been a lot worse that has happened and punishment to people has not has been as severe as a ban.
Reports of me swearing at members of my gang:
The reports of me swearing quite a lot are probably true just like anyone who is trying to assist with leading 15+ people things can get frustrating I am more curious who the reports have came from however, everyone swears and everyone has a laugh, everyone gets frustrated but to say I have been verbally abusing my gang members is preposterous I respect all of them and have been playing with them for months we have all grown to be good friends and what may seem like attacks on people if a third party witnesses it is just us joking around all of us are guilty of insulting each other and taking the piss out of each other in a friendly manner nothing is meant to be taken to heart and never was as far as I know so my guess is that the reports of me being abusive did come from a third party who was in the channel and did get the wrong end of the stick, there is a fine line between banter and abuse to a third party who may not have a full understanding of things.

1D) An admin may ban any member from the servers and community at any time if they are considered disruptive to the community or we have valid reason to believe they are here to cause issues.
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance:
As I mentioned above I believe the whole thing with the glitching / exploiting restraints was a complete misunderstanding as I thought I had been unrestrained and I hope the videos provided by myself in both the original report and this unban appeal can prove that.
Even though to me it seems unlikely I will get another chance I just didn't expect to get banned for this report I explained everything I could as best as I could and the whole situation had could have been avoided if I took into account what TinyBigJacko said some months ago.
I have been on this server for 1 year next month I have made more friends in this community than I have in any other online game before I speak to the people in my gang daily and I have been playing in the same gang since December last year and I am one of the longest serving members of the gang.
Granted we have all made mistakes and I have made more than others and have done some questionable acts I couldn't imagine what it would be like having to leave everything behind from this community that has become a serious part of my life because of the connections I have made here, when I first joined the Altislife server I had 100 hours on Arma 3 at maximum and I now have 3200 hours I hope this proves to you how loyal I have been to this community and like I said it would be extremely upsetting for me if I had up sticks and leave all the friendships I have made here behind this is the best gaming community I have ever been apart of and I cannot imagine finding anything else like this so I hope you can see things from my point of view and where I am coming from here, I made a mistake I apologize to everybody involved and I didn't mean anything bad to come from any of this.
