In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for being involved in a community that had setup a domain that showed up in roleplay.co.uk’s filter.

Why should we unban you ?
I think I should be unbanned because it doesn’t seem right to banned for being involved with a community that have setup a domain that came up in roleplay.co.uk’s filter. We weren’t copying you. We weren’t trying to make you look bad.

All I wanted to do was try something new and experiment with a Tanoa life server and see what I could do. I never wanted to cause any issues or be disruptive in the roleplay uk community. It was just a little thing that my friends and me thought that it would be a good idea to try. My friends and I all loved the roleplay uk servers and we spent endless hours on having fun but we felt that we just wanted to try something new and to experience what it is like to run a server.

Placing a ban on someone trying something new (this is the only time I will say this) isn’t really fair. As a large community shouldn’t you encourage people to try something new, something that they may end up loving. Many players on your server I believe want to try new RP situations and to encourage them is the best thing you can do. And it should be the same for many people like me that have committed their time towards projects like Altis Life.

I quote the RAF From 3822: “To promote and encourage”. Shouldn’t you encourage people in this amazing community that you have built from almost scratch to try something new and promote further progress to their chosen idea. Locking the doors and throwing away the keys isn’t the way to do it.

I’ve committed a lot of time to roleplay.co.uk but i’ve also committed a lot of time to this other one and when I have made something that has worked and that I can even improve it and then someone else sees it and decides to throw me away, it really hurts you inside thinking that you have done something good to only have someone else… you know where im going.

All I ask for is to be released of this ban that has been placed on me so I can enjoy what roleplay uk has given me. I hope you can see how much thought that I have put into this Ban Appeal and I hope for you to do the right thing so we can forget that this ever happened.

In no way was the server that my friends and me started was meant to feed of your success, we wanted to create something different, so we chose royal and we had many new ideas that we didn't see on other servers.

Currently there is very minute involvement due to me being abroad, me and the owner haven't been in contact for over two weeks. So I'm currently unsure if the project will be continuing or not.

Why has it taken you so long to come here ?

The domain was bought 100% to try and get traffic from here along with the same format listing we was first to use and have used since 2014, Yes I do encourage people to do something NEW not just go down the route of copying and trying to steal traffic.

@WilcoNot sure how to answer the first question, do you mean to appeal because I appealed over a month ago, I understand that the unban appeals have no timeframe and I'm quite thankful the the appeal was noticed.

I understand that it may have looked like it was used to gain traffic but at the time we were unsure what to call ours, so we just went with something simple that would be easy to build off of and roleplay with which was to have a Royal theme with a King or Queen etc. We were just wanting something quick as we never realised how much we would have to build off of the original AltisLife then having Tanoa pop out, we just were too busy to think about the domain that we had chosen. By format listing I presume that you mean the layout of the forums we chose, we had a lot of ways to do it but we where not sure which one to use and because we were busy with designing our own island we didn't have to much time to make it completely original, as before we just wanted something quick so we had more time to work on AltisLife. About 5 days after the email came through the domain was cancelled.

Ok DTYlan. I am willing to give you another shot but if we see any kind behaviour that makes us think you are just here to cause issues the ban will be implemented fully with no chance of appeal.
