In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for RDM and Exploiting while being downed. Yes, I did RDM those policemen by using an exploit I did not know existed and are truly sorry for ruining the RP for those that were present at the moment. I did not know that the policemen had restrained us while we were down. So after i got revived by the medic i tried giving a last stand and shot some cops, but thank God for that heavy armour they were wearing and none of them got killed. I've read the rules countless times and now i truly understand how wrong it was for me to shot aimlessly before noticing them that i gonna shot them. This is indeed a serious RP server and those policemen indeed deserve more and better than some careless shooting without warning.

About the exploit i am thinking to make a thread on the forum and spread weariness about such an exploit and how to avoid it. Because i am truly sorry for using it and i wish i knew from the start of that it even existed so i wouldnt have used it.

Why should we unban you ?
This is a great server with even greater people and i really enjoy this community. I wish i had some more brain cells to understand that before doing horrible thing that i did. We live and learn, and im here for the learning part. Never used nor even needed to use an exploit, so im really sorry for founding one now and using it.

To kick off, can you quote me the RDM, VDM and the exploit rules and explain in your own words what they mean to you and how you can avoid breaking them in the future?

[SIZE=medium](2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).[/SIZE]

RDM rule is telling us that i have to engange into RP before any form of weapon can be used against other players. I need to tell my commands and act like its a real life situation. In real life i wouldnt take lifes after being revived by the medics. We are civilized people.

(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

Umm... wasnt banned for this, but might as well....

This rule is about not to use my car as a weapon to harm or kill other players.

(2.4) Using any exploits such as looting dead bodies, duplication of items or money, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside of its intended purpose, transferring / processing items through walls and windows,and locking doors that have been broken into before 10 minutes have passed, IE those that have been bolt-cut. Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal. If you discover an exploit that nobody else knows about, please reveal it to a staff member privately in order to ensure that it does not be abused in the future. 

This rule for me is about not using any unrealistic glitches/bugs/exploits that wouldnt be possible in real life. This is a game after all and not everything can be programmed/modded the way we want it to be, so we need to adjust and act like its not there and not use it in any way.

How to avoid these: 

RDM - i should have known that shooting randomly isnt allowed and is childish, next time i gonna push CAPS LOCK (chat btn) instead if mouse 1 (shoot btn)

VDM - gotta be more aware of my surrounding and drive more carefully

Exploit - when in game think about real life. Question like; is this possible in real life? Do i wanna ruin the fun for everyone just to be a dick? Is this a smart choice?  help a lot to avoid exploiting.
