In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
First of let me tell you that im writing this both for me: Songbird (76561198165369048) and Mike (76561198042445413).
Apparently we were accused of VDM. About that i can say yes, we collided with the cop car and died a horrible death. But no, we did not do it on purpose. I havent played this game in a while and forgot how to drive and switch to 3rd person. So my driving skills (as u can see in the video werent exactly "on point") plus have u tried driving in this game on 1st person? u barely see the road it self. So when i made the turn leading to the highway i did not see the police hatchback driving on the road. The police hatchback actually crashed into us, not the opposite way around, because we were infront of it and he should have used the breaks. As u can see in the video https://youtu.be/VYN0xlFcUNg at 0:32, we make the turn to the left and keep driving for like 5 meters then he rams us in the side... 1 sec delay later and we all explode.... either way this is not the reason why we got banned and i just wanted to get that one false accusation go away.
So the first thing we got banned for was RDM 2.2 and the rule says: - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play is considered RDM. But by looking at the videos https://youtu.be/VYN0xlFcUNg, https://youtu.be/6UqlYpVDLbA and https://youtu.be/JkN3qbrnZ2E i can tell u that the car chaise and us being on the floor scenario took up to 20-30 min and had lots of roleplay.
After we left kavala you started chasing us. While we were still on the highway we shot warning shots in the air so u guys would know to f*** off. So we kinda already warned u there. (We could have talked with u guys but we all know u cant hear us when we drive 150 km/h) so warning shots was the way to tell you our intentions.
After we collided we waited for the medics good 10 mins. So we had lots of roleplay there too in voice channel.
Please help me understand on which part we were lacking any form of quality role play here.
Second thing we were banned for was Exploiting 2.4 - and this is some big boy accusation right there. And i'd say this is more of a misunderstanding or loss of RP from the police side. I've never been arrested while being dead so how were i supposed to know if we shoot before the animation of the restraints takes hold counts as an exploit? The exploit isnt listed on "da rules" website: https://www.roleplay.co.uk/rules#generalRules (11.dec.2017)
The cops didnt say anything in voice chat that they are restraining us while we were bleeding out (they did say "we gonna restrain u now before the medic revives u again" only after we shot them couple times).
What im trying to say is: cops get ur s*** together guys. Instead of running away from small pistol while u are wearing high level armour and shooting us in the head with MX 6.5 caliber guns (when we have literally 0 armour) how about u just use shift+g eh? With great gear comes big responsibility... which clearly you guys cant handle...
