OK, I was almost made to believe that I had made a mistake, or perhaps misjudged the situation. Logan went to staff help to get help with the appeal, and as nobody was attending I went up and found out I had banned him, and was now helping him get unbanned. His story sounded like it was an accident, so I went to the trouble of checking all the details, stats page, tracking down the video, and seeing exactly what happened.

Yes, Fetty was an idiot for performing the conga in the middle of the road, but not against the rules. I believe this VDM is.

@DainMK I have made all the checks on this, if you would like to deal with this appeal feel free to. I see you have been in a TS room with him for a while, maybe just a little talking to would help.

Wonderful. As this is your first ban, I will be issuing a conditional unban as the evidence suggests it was more than just an accident. 

You will be unbanned with immediate effect, however, you have one week to attend a mandatory Driver Safety Awareness course.
