So here's what happened: I was unbanned some months ago by Wilco: It had to be Wilco to do this because of the way my ban was issued (some kind of old way). So, Wilco unbanned and all is fine. Except one thing: I am only unbanned in server 1, and cannot play in the other servers. I did not at the time mind this, and just kept playing in Server 1.
However, there seems to have been some kinda of server switcharoo and now, I cannot get into any of the servers - as I log in, the message related to my old ban appears, and I am blocked from playing. Again, this is the only way I have of contacting Wilco, as none of the mentors were able to help me. I was not banned again and have been on my best behavior.
You can check this with Wilco.
