In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
So I read the report by the player. Looks like my account was used to fly my aircraft into another player which is obvious VDM and then it looks like I combat logged clearly.

Why should we unban you ?
I do really apologise. This must have been my brother. I know that is a shitty excuse like. I do really apologise and I have restricted him from using my account (I bought him A3 for his PC now, so he can get his own acc banned).

I would really like to come back on this server. I enjoyed it when I played previously, I would like to continue making content on it, as I have done, before I got a new life.

The absoloute classic "My brother did it", do you know how many times we have heard that, its quite astonishing.

How should we give you the benefit of the doubt that it was your "brother". with a ban appeal of such lack of effort this makes me think that it was the first excuse off the top of your head. Also, how come it took you over 5 months to appeal your ban if it was something a relative did, likely something you'd want to report to staff quite quickly, no?
