In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I think that I was banned because when I got out of my vehicle in Kavala, from the other persons side it showed me coming out of my car with my gun already out. Although, on my screen it showed me coming out of my car with my gun on my back. So when some hobo tried stealing my car, that is when I pulled out my gun. I would have recorded my screen if I knew this was going to happen because before the incident I did not even know what this glitch even was and was not shown on my screen. I do not use or ever have used any form of macro or have never glitched.

Why should we unban you ?
I think that you should unban me because I feel like this was a form of miscommunication and is something that actually did not happen from my side even though it is shown on their side. I was also going to reply to the request on the forums sooner but due to me living in the US there is a massive time zone difference. I was also talking to an admin (Valen Bell) in teamspeak to tell him what actually happened but he told me to fill out this form due to the fact that the request had already been acted on.

Using your threat of reporting someone to try and get your own way, bully people into giving you compensation, do you think that's acceptable?
 
Your ban and warning log is also getting longer by the day. You've promised to follow the rules, never break them again etc etc but keep appearing back in the un-ban appeals. Why will this time be any different?

So during that situation, I got a little heated because some people kept trying to rob my friend and I and they kept breaking the rules whilst doing so (I also know I should keep my emotions out of the situation when role playing). I  did not intend those chat logs to be a threat what so ever. I thought I was allowed to inform him that I would set up a ban appeal if he would not come into the team speak and sort out the  situation. Now knowing, I realized I have made a mistake and would not do it again having read through the rules multiple times again. I do not think it is acceptable what so ever to bully people into giving me compensation, I should politely ask them to join the team speak instead. This time will be different because I thought that my role playing has majorly improved since playing on this server, and I just need to keep my cool when something like this happens, and I will just take it to the forums without saying anything if they don't join the teamspeak, and will not threaten them to give me comp as I have previously done. Sorry for my OOC bullying into them giving me compensation, it will never happen again and thank you for your time and consideration. @SGT Matt

You've put a fair bit of effort into your unban appeal which is appreciated. However, you have a ridiculous amount of previous offences and yet you've ended up here again. Your track record indicates that you're not very good at following the rules we have in place here. 

 How can we be certain that you won't just go and break the rules again in the future?

You can be certain that I will not break the rules again in the future because of how dedicated I am to this server. I have been playing this server for just over a year and I have gotten very attached to it. Especially now that I have joined the NHS, I have a new goal set forth to playing on this server. I have also re read the server rules multiple more times to make sure an incident like this does not occur again, and will not occur again. Thanks. @CI Xkan

6 infringements including 3 bans and 3 warnings as well as the infringement detailed by Matt . Frankly, no, we can't be certain you won't break rules again because whilst you are trying to convince us you've learned your lesson, clearly you haven't the past 5 times.  We cannot go on giving people chance after chance after chance. What lesson will be learned by you if once you get banned, all you have to do is appeal and get unbanned? What message does it send out to the community? Answer : The wrong one. 

Sorry aNoodle, but you're a serial rule breaker who's sadly used up all your lives. 

You may appeal again in 3 months time. During that time, hopefully that will give you enough time to think about the type of player you want to be should you decide to return and get unbanned.
