In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
i made a request yesterday, but at the time i didn't give a lot of the details because being a noob I didn't realize the information is given upon attempting to enter the server. I was banned because I stole a van full of fish and in the process killed a on duty medic, in my defense I didn't realize I killed the guy till I was taken back to the crime scene. I may have been sore for the dosh but I shouldn't have messed with your rules so that was why I was banned.

Why should we unban you ?
It was my first ban, so hopefully you lot believe in second chances lol I wasn't a major player on the game, but I mostly did respectfully abide to the strict role play rules, I mostly fished for money being a fishermen. I added in my own way to the role playing experience to anyone who interacted with me. Also I don't plan on stealing the competitions fish in the GZ again.

Can you explain this. When you're new, our staff are reasonable and will often give you a chance you explain yourself but it appears you didn't know you did anything wrong. Why is that? Had you not read the rules at the time?

tbf it was my first time dealing with an admin, so I was totally at a cross roads if I was to remain in character or not. Looking back it did seem stupid, but I denied all knowledge because that's usually what I do when dealing with the police in Altis, not that their the same thing I suppose. I knew that if a uniformed admin gave me permission to speak out of character I could, But I remember  being totally flabbergasted about  what was transpiring, as I had never been in that type of situation on any server. So put simply I knew what was happening and what I had done wrong, I just didn't know what to say due to my lack of experience at that point with the server. As for why you should allow me back into the server, all I can truthfully say to that is after all this, I am a lot more experienced and aware of how to properly interact with an admin, and much more aware about the severity of criminal activity within the GZ.

Also, I trust you're now more than aware that if an admin teleport s in-front of you, in their tron suit with 'Admin on duty' in red above their name it gives the game away... You can break character speaking to them, however if they aren't speaking to you and are interacting with a different person that doesn't involve you in the slightest, you should not approach them. Understood?

''Vehicle Death match (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban.'' -  Effectively meaning using a vehicle as a weapon is a no no. In my case I stole a fishermen's truck and used it to escape the area. In the Heat of the escape accidentally caused the death of a NHS staff member. 

''(6.1.4) You must not lock pick or steal a vehicle from the green zone.'' Don't commit Grand Theft Auto in a G/Z. In my case I stole a truck parked near the local fish mongers, that belonged to my competitor. 

Naturally after all that has occurred I'm a lot more confident in my ability to preform in the appropriate manner towards an admin.
