I believe i was banned for Driving my car into another persons car in an attempt to run him off the road. Although this was done in retaliation as the guy had tried to do it to me first it does not justify my actions or excuse them.

Why should we unban you ?
I am new to not just altis but RP in general i will admit i did take a quick scan through the rules i didn't read them thoroughly like i should of, While i have been banned i have joined other altis servers and i have to say the RP on their is non existent. I really enjoyed this server i am new to the community and would not VDM again that i can assure you. I would appreciate a second chance i did goto Teamspeak to apologize immediately after the ban. Thanks for taking the time to read i hope to hear from you guys soon :)

I did read them before i joined but it was a quick read not a in depth read as i was excited to get into the action as im new to altis and im friends told me alot about it. But since the ban i did go over the rules thoroughly.

VDM to my knowledge and from what i have picked up is using vehicles to ram/crash into others in an attempt to harm another player/vehicle. Which is indeed exactly what i did. Please correct me if my description is wrong.

 
If you were in the same situation what would you do differently?

 
Well now that i understand the rule i can say that breaking a rule just because someone else is, is not a solution. So if somebody wants to vdm me il just drive as normal try to get evidence and report it to you guys. I wont retaliate in any way if i die and my car explodes thats unfortunate but il just do my best to abide by the rules and ignore the occasional rule breaker.

Basically that means you have to contact one of our support team members on Teamspeak, and kindly ask them to show you around on one of our servers.

Do you accept these terms?
