In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned strictly for being involved with a group that was baiting the police by robbing 2 of the fuel stations and also for metagaming by speaking out over Teamspeak about how many police officers were online at the time to know if we could rob the fuel stations. I would also very much like to apologise to the staff team that I have come to know that know me for the good roleplayer that I am and have had to see such a disgusting display from me, I understand that this was not acceptable and I should of known better from the start and that I should of been setting a better example by actually knowing about these 2 rules.

Why should we unban you ?
I have come a long way since I first joined this community, I've learnt from my mistakes in the past and now i'm certainly learning from this one. I strive to be a really good roleplayer in general and it seems that a lot of people noticed that also. I received a lot of good feedback from many players strictly for my roleplay and that really meant a lot to me. I understand that I should of known better in this situation and should have had a better understanding of the Baiting + Metagaming rule. After I recieved the ban from Robbie, I took it upon myself to re-educate myself on those 2 rules which I will now quote - (3.7) Baiting - Baiting for the sake of a gunfight is not roleplay. Punishment is a ban. Examples: Flying over someone with a chopper waiting for warning shots to instantly shoot them back, robbing a service station with the intent of a gunfight, etc. (4.3) Scouting teamspeak - Searching through Teamspeak to see what police/rebels are doing (e.g. Seeing police are in Bank/Hostage operation room, then acting on this information) (Punishment is a ban) - I believe 4.3 is the closest to my act of my metagaming. I feel from actually reading back on the rules that I have a better understanding about them and have took them into account for the future. I have been told by Robbie that I can do better than this and after a lot of thinking overnight, I also think the same. I really hope that I can rejoin the servers one day and expand my horizons of roleplay even more instead of wasting my time and making stupid hiccups like this when I know that I can show i'm a decent roleplayer. I'm not trying to toot my own horn because I know i'm not the best roleplayer around but I have gained a lot of confidence in my roleplaying during these couple of months and I do believe it is a shame that I've gone and made a fool of myself yet again. I will take these rules into account and simply refuse to partake in any activity that is related to baiting in the future and also to be careful with what I say as regards to stating which players are online in-game over Teamspeak.

You've recently been unbanned in January and have since been warned for a rule break and now banned. Although i do appreciate the effort in this appeal how can I trust that in another months time you won't get banned again for another silly rulebreak? I don't want to be wasting the players affected time and definitely not mine or the rest of the teams time on banning you.

How do YOU suit this community? Why would we risk unbanning you?

I believe I bring a very good amount of roleplay to this community and I to be fair enjoy roleplaying with the other fellow members. I really do try to set a good example of quality roleplay as best as I can for all new comers and long time members alike but I have just made another silly mistake again. I do apologise for you having to deal with me again for something tedious and I definitely should of known better in this situation. I understand though that I've got to stop slipping up and actually bring the best that I can to the table. I understand that this has happened in such a small space of time but if I was to receive this chance of actually proving not only to everyone else but also to myself that I can do better than this, then I want to go for it. I'm going to look at my bans as true lesson learners. I'm going to make sure that I don't make another hiccup like this again if I was to gain your trust. I really don't want to throw away such brilliant moments that I've had in this community for just pure foolishness.

Naylor, you are a good roleplayer, clearly you needed another bang on the head to sort you out though. I hope you stick to your words and focus on the good stuff that you do and get rid of the bad.
