In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I mistakenly fired a warning shot towards a police car that was trying to pull us over from the back seat of a tempest transport after we had just been engaged by multiple enemies after a gunfight. The warning shot did not kill anybody and shortly after the police car pulled over and I was killed, I respawned in Kavala and finally having enough after playing for multiple hours I log off and play a different game.

Why should we unban you ?
I think the combat log was a mistake by the admin team although I could be wrong, but, I re-spawned in Kavala and the combat was over I was killed and it was new life so I thought it would be okay to log off. I don't have it recorded unfortunately. RDM was a mistake on my part although I wasn't aiming for the police vehicle and I did warn the police car to back away before shooting a warning shot towards it but I was not aiming to kill any of the police and none of the police died.

The thing is, if you actually respawned, that means you had to await the timer to be able to do so. Which is about 30 seconds. Our staff team knows not to ban people who log of 30+ seconds after. @Farmer Gilesany chance you missed out on the timing, or is the appellant just lying?

I checked aterwards and i made a mistake! No combat log made! I did make a note on the stats page! 

 
A ban for RDM still stands tho. Did you witness the shooting as well @Farmer Giles and any chance his shots were warning shots and not aimed fire?

A witness on the appellant side has come forward saying it was one shot and one shot only.

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

As the rule states shooting at anyone without RP is RDM.

I messaged Farmer Giles after the ban explaining how there was no combat log and that I respawned before logging off to which he has removed that reason off the ban, the RDM was however a mistake on my part I should not of fired towards the vehicle as a warning shot although it was one shot and was after multiple times of telling the police car to leave and to stop following. I thought this would count as an rp reason to shoot a warning shot towards a vehicle.

Trying to kill or killing somebody with either none or little amounts of RP before. An example of bad roleplay would be telling a person to put their hands up and then a few seconds later shooting them as they were yet to put their hands up. Also I re-read the rules.

I would try to initiate further and roleplay the situation more before having to come to shoot at them and would try to a solution that doesn't involve anyone dying or having any shots fired out of roleplay
