I was unfairly banned for VDM,which i did not do.Also i was given no chance to defend myself from such accusations.

Which means you ran another player over/ used your vehicle as a weapon.

Why should we unban you ?
I was unfairly banned for VDM,which i did not do.Also i was given no chance to defend myself from such accusations.

If a staff member witnesses you break a rule that is afffecting other players time on the server we do not need to speak to you about it before we issue a ban.. If it is a complex situation we may ask you to teamspeak.. If we are directly invovled we will act as any other community member (unless it is quite clearly a rule infringement and we have spoken to other staff for opinions)

So, does running over a player that was shooting at you ring any bells? Do you understand OUR definition of VDM?

It's been some time since I was on the server but I do not recall running anyone over with the intent to kill or harm;I fully understand VDM and the repercussions of doing it.I sincerely apologies if in fact I have ran anyone over.

Judging by my notes and briefly remembering the name, received an admin message that a guy was in pursuit of him and when taking fire he started to run him over to aviod being shot.

It wasn't that long ago.. However do you understand our rules? Do you understand what VDM is by the definition in OUR rules? Could you quote the VDM rules and explain them in your own words?

VDM is an abbreviation of vehicle deathmatch.This is the act of using your vehicle as a weapon to kill or incapacitate another player.Furthermore causing explosions or ramming with your vehicle is also considered VDM.Although three vehicles are exempt from this rule which are hunters, ifrits and the strider but when ramming in a MRAP roleplay must be initiated.Also chases can only be a maximum of 3 minutes long,MRAPS can only ram other MRAPS and you are not allowed to kill passengers.
