Reason given for your ban.
Metagaming

The Server you initially were banned on.
Server 1

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because i was metagaming and i feel i know the rule completely fine but it was just a slip up. We (UNMC) were at a Gang Base raiding it and police pulled up two people were restrained and the rest were killed there and we went to gear up at FOB and then I ordered people to go to prison and set up for the two restrained members and due to this I was banned for metagaming as there was no other UNMC members able to tell my ingame character that people were restrained.

Why should we unban you ?
I feel I should be unbanned because I have invested alot of time into this server and this situation was just a slip up and I have take this is a sign that i should be more aware of the situation and control my ingame actions accordingly to ensure no rules are being broken.I know the metagaming rule absolutely fine The Metagaming rule is where you use out of game/character information to adjust your actions in game/character. An example would be setting up at weed pro because someone said over sidechat how do you pick up weed.

@Jefke V I can see how I broke the metagaming rule yet none of the 4.X rules specify what I did wrong. I used information that my ingame character couldn't have known to change my in-game actions to get an unfair advantage over the police by setting up a prison.

So would you be able to prevent anything like this happening in the future and would you promise this won't occur again?

I promise it won't occur again due to me already knowing the rule and this was just a slip-up and I have taken this as a sign to always make sure I am fully aware of the situation and deal with my or others in-game actions accordingly.

Why did you choose to give this order out, where the 2 arrested  persons that important that you need to break a rule to save them from a prison sentence?

The two members who were arrested one of was a LCpl. and the other a Major which is a very high ranking officer and its a main priority to ensure he is safe so i took it upon myself to order them to attempt to get him back. The reason I chose to give this order as it usually is what happens when a unmc member is taken by police that they get sent to prison. It never really came to mind about the fact everyone  died in the situation and that is an eye opener for me to always make sure that my ingame actions are fair and go along with the rules.

Did you re-read the rules and will you be able to follow them if we choose to unban you ?

I have re-read the metagaming rules and I also read the NLR rules since none of the metagaming rules specify what I did wrong  but I will continue now to fully re-read the rules and yes I will be able to follow them.

Take this as a lesson, i hope you don't disappoint us.
Saving 2 of your friends of a prison sentence is not worth of getting banned.
