Pavilion Blanket Ban for Poor RP

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned as I was in Pavilion when they were Blanket Banned for Poor/Fail RP.

Why should we unban you ?
I believe I should be unbanned because I was banned for being a gang that were Blanket Banned due to Fail/Poor Roleplay and I believe I do not represent myself in this way. I have played this server for a long time and I have only been banned once and that ban is nothing similar to this one and I feel this one I could of easily avoided but I didn't. I knew that there was multiple situations that were turning into Poor RP situations when they could of easily been avoided. I was not apart of these Poor/Fail RP moments, I attempted roleplay to my best of my ability and I tried to encourage others to do the same. I would like to be given another chance to play on this server again and I promise that I always roleplay to the best of my ability and if something like this happens again I will react quicker and leave the gang and have no affiliation if i am in a gang that represents them self in this way again. Thank you and I hope you can give me another chance on this server again.

You have invested alot of time to this server. The only other ingame ban we have for you on record comes from myself for teleporting.

Yes I was involved with some incidents leading to the blanket ban. Although I was in a few situations that ended in poor/fail RP, I believe that I gave the best RP I could and Im fairly sure I wasn't the issue in the situations and I always tried my best to make them entertaining and fair for everyone but if the occasion would break out in a gunfight I was there to assist my gang.

I'd ask you this then. If you were aware that these situations were of a low quality of roleplay, why did you continue to be a part of the gang? I appreciate these are people who are your friends but if you believe you gave the best RP you could, why not take yourself elsewhere (at least for the time being) where you would not be in the minority? Other people who felt similarly to you and decided to go elsewhere for a short while were not banned as they acted rather than standing idly by.

For me to place trust in you if you were unbanned I will need to be confident that you won't repeat past actions so I suggest you convince me.

As i said in the appeal I was stupid in my actions and although i knew there were some situations that weren't ending to well. I was only in the gang for a day or two before the ban so for me it was one or two situations that from my point of view, I knew it was bad but not to an extent to leave the gang. I'm fairly sure now that there was more than just two situations now but when I was in the gang for the little time that was only the two I was aware of and was involved with. At the time I believed there was a need for improvement as two situations like that in two days was too much and I was hoping to go for that but obviously it was too late and we were blanket banned. If I am given a second chance and I find myself in a similar situation again I will make sure that I am more aware of whats happening in the gang and how it's going and if it gets to the extent that was I will make sure I am no part of it.
