In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
(I have created a secondary account to appeal this ban as I cannot access the forums on my other one.)
I was banned for Rule 1.6, which states that staff may ban any member of the community if they appear disruptive or are causing issues. I was banned for writing on someone's wall a small comment along the lines of "that is my profile picture". At this time, the user had asked another member of the community to remove their profile picture as they had stolen it from them, and many members then changed their profile pictures to that image in support of this user. A staff member then stated that players should stop drawing attention to the issue and that they shouldn't post updates on the image creator's wall. I had not seen this warning, and posted another update, the content of which has been stated above. I was then banned on the forums by a staff member called Jefke V.
Why should we unban you ?
I have reviewed the rule that I have broken, and understand how what I did may be seen as disruptive and abusive to another member. What I did was intended to be funny and be in a jokey manner, and did not intend to harm any user, the community, or the content the user created. Over the past few weeks, I have spent a lot more time on the server, where I rejoined the police before leaving again to carry out a more rebel type of role. I wanted to, and still do, spend more time on the server, and feel as if that this ban of a week is long enough punishment for my actions. If possible, I wish to contact the member of the community whose wall I posted on, and apologise for my actions. I can see they spent time and effort on their creation, and hope that they understand that me and a few others did what we did out of a bit of fun.
