I was banned after accidentally shooting and killing a medic on the 4th of October 2015.

Why should we unban you ?
Hi Admin Team,

I believe I was banned after accidentally shooting and killing a medic back on the 4th of October 2015. the reason for this was, we're in a firefight with another group of lads when the medic accidentally got caught up in the crossfire. i understand the reason for the ban and im honestly sorry it happened. since then i have been active on many servers including *** which im planning on leaving due to the constant RDM's and bad RP. I'm hoping for you to give me another chance as its been over 2 years since my ban. I will promise something like this wont happen ever again and i'd be very happy if i could join your server again.

so first of all please dont mention other community's in your appeal. I replaced the name with *** 
now i have some qeustions. keep in mind the more detail the better.

1. Why did you took so long to appeal. 
2. you got banned for Rdm in a GZ. i hope you can explain more about this? 
3. Quote me the rules you have broken, And tell us why you think we have them in place.

Hi Jefke,

1. I've been playing on and off on another server for a couple of years now and the reason why i wanna join Roleplay.co.uk again is because of the constant RDM's, Metagaming and just simply bad roleplay I've experienced on the other server i've been on. i know its ironic as i've been banned for RDM but i can assure you it was just a stupid mistake.

2. From what i can remember, me and a small group of friends were on our way back into kavala after a copper run to put our money in an ATM. 2 or 3 cars started chasing after us and because we had so much money on us, we started panicing. As soon as we stopped to try and hide, the group that was chasing us started shooting. The firefight must've gone on for about 10 minutes and i remember accidentally shooting a medic thinking it was one of the guys shooting at us. 

3. I have broken rule (2.2) Random Deathmatch found in the general rules - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order.

RDM isn't allowed because if it was people would just go round shooting everyone they see, which would completely destroy the whole roleplay. Its been put in place to keep everything as realistic as possible as you wouldnt see someone randomly shooting another person in the street for absolutely no reason.

I'm hoping you could give me another chance and I assure you i wont make the same mistake twice.
