In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for a video which showed me attempting to restrain someone which was in the same gang as someone on the floor.
(4.2) Name Tags - You are not allowed to identify players in game via nametags or keychains. Police, NHS and UNMC ranks (only ranks!) are fine, as they “wear clothing with the rank on” unless they are undercover. (Not in their uniform or masked.) (Punishment is a kick/ban)
(3.5) You must hot-mic all communications that have been made over teamspeak when they are relevant to influencing the course of roleplay. This means that if you are communicating to fellow team members via Teamspeak and you are in audio proximity range of another player (they can hear you), you must hot mic any commands given so the rival player can overhear. This rule does not apply if both sides are engaged in a gunfight together.
Why should we unban you ?
What happened in that situation was our member of our gang was shot and killed randomly, so we killed man a on the floor. Then moments later a rebel + another man appear making me scared that something else was about to go down this was nothing to do with me seeing the names this was to do with the fact that this man had entered the situation and asked us how to drag someone away, he then also stated that some of the things he was accused of doing he has done before. From these reasons i didn't want anything else to go down so i was going to restrain both the rebel in the video and this other man. I was not intentionally meta gaming in anyway sure he could of been in the same gang but i was going to restrain both players i do it always doesn't matter if they are in same gang or not my member was just executed with no initiation or role play i did what i thought was right when it comes down to these situations. If he had a mask on. Even down to the things he has said to me i would still restrain him because he getting himself involved in the situation.I really don't believe that i was meta gaming. If i had done the same to two rebels and asked how to drag someone etc they would deem me involved and i would be getting restrained. Im sorry if i am very wrong but i thought i acted in the right way considering my member has just been randomly killed.
As to the 3.5 rule which i had broken i said one thing over team speak do you got zippies and the rest was hot-miced i am very sorry for that. I was about to go to the shop to get some but i didn't want to leave my gang mate alone with 2 other players that was when i disapeared behind the wall for a second.
I should of made it more clear that they were together in all fairness i do apologize if i hadn't hot miced me asking for zipties. I enjoy this community and really don't want to leave it.
