I shoot a cop after i told him to put his hands up but he did not do so and started to shoot at me so I killed him .

Why should we unban you.
This is not against the rules I'm allowed to kill cops if i roleplay it and i did so. I also have video proof but my voice in not recorded but if you ask the other civ they can confirm i told him to put his hands up or i will shoot. http://plays.tv/video/56dae73f599befd2b3

If you would have read the reason whilst you was banned you would see you're banned for breaking NLR, you got killed shortly after and returned to the scene.

After reviewing the video it appears that you was shot from my perspective in that small little room. Hence moments later when you ran into the GZ you dropped dead, most likely due to dysync. 

Still, can you explain what NLR is?

New life rule do not return to where you died within 1000 for 15 minutes also all RP is forgot . I thought i died in the town center so I was not going to go there.
