In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was killed at my gang base by an officer for no reason then he said he would compensate me while I was in my bleeding out screen and then i re-spawned there and next thing you know i was getting told by an admin that I am getting banned I also understand another reason why I was banned because I had geared up when I should not have and I CAN assure you this will never happen again.

Why should we unban you ?
Because other than time where I got banned I do not break any rules i have come from a very serious Role-playing Community and I have come here to enjoy my self on the server and not to break rules and to role-play. also not role-playing is sending me to despair!

I am sorry I do not know the officers name. I do not have any recordings because i had just logged on and didn't set up my obs

If i remember it right he got kill in the gangbase when there was a fight with the police. When the police left the building he respawn back in the bulding and start gearing up. 

And getting killed for no reason im pretty sure your gang members and you was fighting the police.

So following what DELETER just said here, your gang have probably been fighting the Police, you spawned in the middle of a gunfight. If you were RDMed by a Officer, then you can return without NLR. That is how the rules are. You obviously told DELETER about this Officer at the time? Told him you were RDMed? Right now I don't see any proof that you were banned unfairly. However I see the exact opposite.
