I was banned for shooting a 2 guys and a medic without initiating 

Why should we unban you ?
I think I should be unbanned because it has been over a month now since the incident happened and I have watched the video numerous times and I have seen what I have one wrong. I haven’t read the rules for the server when I first joined so I was unaware all killing a medic is not allowed especially without any consent. I have read through the rules and understood what I have broken and you will not encounter another incident like this from me again

You should not be unbanned purely because it has been a month since your ban, our ban/appeals process simply does not work like this.

You mention you did not read the rules the first time you joined, however this was not the first time you joined. Every time you join you are prompted to read the rules.

Given this is a roleplay server, what would give you the impression that killing a medic let alone anyone else without any form of roleplay would be allowed?

 
That was the first roleplay server I played on and didn’t know the rules because I have never read them so I wasn’t aware of all the initiation otherwise it’s rdm so I’m sorry for this but it never gave me any right to do what I did

A first good step would be for you to read all the rules including the ban appeal guidelines and then come back and answer me the following questions: 

  1. Why. After you have ticked the boxes of you having read the unban rules and server rules it still is clear that you have not actually read them and are lying straight to our faces. Why would we bother unbanning you if the first thing you do is lying?
  2. Even someone that would not have read the server rules would have understood that going on a roleplay server and shooting everyone wouldn't be a good idea. Why still do it?

2.i know but I have never played a rOleplay server before so I didnt know about initiating I thought u could just kill someone on sight as I said I’m sorry for my actions

"Unban Appeals are the lowest priority and as it is your responsibility to learn and follow our rules there are no timeframes." On ban appeals there are no timeframes as stated in rule 3 of the unban appeal proces. While you were awaiting the outcome of your unban appeal you not once, not twice, but 3 times decided to post a message on your appeal bumping it to the top of the post. If you would have read the unban appeal rules (which you have ticked the box that you agreed) you would've known this is classed as bumping and that for this we reserve the right to deny your unban appeal. 

My question is why do you say (not only in your initial appeal but also in the previous comment) that you have read the rules but that clearly judging from your comments you have not. Why would we put effort into your appeal if you, clearly, have not?

Clearly you have not. I am not confident that you actually have read the server rules AND the unban appeal proces rules. These 2 comments made by you: "It was left nearly a month so I asked an admin was it denied or still ongoing" and "How did I buy my appeal twice?" make this clear to me. 

Try again when you have actually read the server rules + the unban appeal proces rules and not just ticked the boxes and submitting the appeal.
