In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: Breaking NLR (Misunderstanding) - Died running into a crashed chopper fire near the outskirts of the church in Kavala, I respawned and ran towards the garage (away from where I died), I was outside Abay when I was kicked and then banned. I think it could have been a confusion as my fellow gang member also ran to the chopper after I had died.

I'll draw attention to rule 5D.

5D) You are not allowed to return within 1000m of where you was killed within 15 minutes after you have been killed!

Harry was killed by Kavala drug dealer. He walked into a fire. He then spawned in Kavala.

I don't know how Harry fails to see which rule he broke. Either it was a disregard for the rules, or he wasn't familiar enough with them.

As far as his friend doing the same, I did not see that happen, nor see where/if he respawned.

I am familiar with the rules, I had read them thoroughly before beginning to play on this server last week, It was merely the wording of the rule 5D that must have me confused.

Rule 5D states "15 minutes after you have been killed" you cannot return within 1000m. Personally I don't see walking into a chopper fire as being killed, but rather, dying.

I can understand the rule being in place if for example, you were killed by a member of another gang etc, as to prevent returning to the scene to cause trouble, however dying of a natural cause like a fire, which included no role play whatsoever, and nobody around to witness, surely spawning in Kavala and running the opposite way, towards my garage to in fact leave the town would not be a strict breach of the rule.

However, if it is indeed the case that this rule does include said type of deaths above, then I can only apologise for my actions, as it was a misunderstanding, and it won't happen again.

I'm pretty sure running into a fire and dying is an accident. 

If the police attended the scene and saw your corpse on the floor, then walked into Kavala and saw you alive and well, it rather breaks the suspension of disbelief. This rule exists to maintain the high level of RP we expect.

Again I thought the part about being involved an accident involved things such as car crashes which involved other players,

But I can now see how this rule was broken, I would like to ask for another chance, as i'm not a rulebreaker, I was obviously just confused about this rule, it won't happen again.
