this is the reason i was banned, we was in kavala and my pal needed some gear so i thought i would make it cheap and rob it for him (following the rules) i approached this man called Lee who appeared to have gear who was sitting just on the outside of the green zone, i told him to put his hands up. instead of him following my request he decided to pull his pistol out and knock me out, after knocking me out he ziptied me walked me down the road and told me he was going to kill me, after he finished escorting me for some reason my guy layed down and pulled his gun out and at this point i instantly thought if he is going to kill me i will kill him first so i did, i spoke to Lee after as he was demanding compensation, i said to him okay i will give you compensation but as long as a admin tells me to do so first (im not just going to throw money away if i dont need too) he got a bit salty about it and decided to report me resulting in my ban.
Why should we unban you.
i have been banned before for RDM and after getting accepted i have played to the rules and roleplayed as best as i can as i enjoy playing this server.
i do not feel this ban is fair because i couldn't do anything about my guy somehow breaking out of the zipties.. this happened at 135 approximately 5 mins before a hacker came on and spawned loads of money to people (which i reported straight away)
so yeah i feel this is very unfair as there was literally nothing i could do about it.. i have never cheated on games neither will i ever. if lee had of posted a compensation claim and it was accepted i would of gladly payed for his gear.
