In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned after a forum post was put up which questioned the quality of RP me and a gang member provided to a rebel who had just been revived. This post caught the attention of a member of management which led to me being banned by Drew for Poor RP. After some time looking over the rules I cannot find the exact rule that suits the situation for which I was banned for but I can admit myself the RP provided wasn’t up to my own standard nor the standard of the server.

Why should we unban you ?
Being a long standing member of the community playing for 2 years and receiving only one ban prior (Swearing out of roleplay at someone VDMing me repeatedly) I always try to make sure my roleplay is of the highest standard I am able to provide. This situation however was not up to scratch whatsoever, the reason for this is due to the time that this occurred at. This happened shortly before the midnight restart and everyone else in my house was asleep, so not to wake them I stopped talking as loudly or as much as
I usually do and was reluctant to give the proper level/ amount of roleplay that I should have given. This does not justify the fact that the RP given was simply not good enough for a community like this and that is why I was banned.

Should I be unbanned I would definitely try to work my way through the ranks of the NHS as I have been stuck at Surgeon for quite some time. I would also like to try my hand at joining the police.

If unbanned I would also like to try running more large roleplay events some of which Drew has witnessed himself. I have put a lot into this community and have let myself down with this ban.

Being a long standing member of the community playing for 2 years and receiving only one ban prior (Swearing out of roleplay at someone VDMing me repeatedly)

...and a warning for shooting a gang member in order to 'avoid' RP.

Given this is an RP server, I'm wondering if RP isn't really your cup of tea? 

If we did unban you, how can we be sure you'll actually commit to running these large scale RP events?  What's to say you get unbanned and never get round to it?

I will admit that me shooting a gang member to "avoid" roleplay was a blunder on my part as in my eyes in the moment during the gunfight it seemed like the right thing to do but it was not. 

As for making sure I actually following through on organizing and running large RP events you could hold me to it as a condition for my unbanning such as running one every other week (cut back a lot on playtime recently due to work and school). Also for the large RP events anytime my gang is doing an HM or attacking any other place of importance I always put myself forward to be the negotiator and always RP to the best of my ability and in the largest volume possible in these situations. This is because I enjoy these interactions.

I'm not quite sure you're at the level of being trusted to run a large event, yet alone a server event that's endorsed by the staff team.

Given your recent warning and now this, do you really understand what level of roleplay this community is striving for? Do you believe that as someone who has been here for nearly two years, your are providing the quality that we would expect from an experienced roleplayer?

Looking back on the situation it was totally trash for lack of a better word. I myself am not happy about it as it is not up to the standard of roleplay I usually provide or am capable of. It has opened my eyes that this community takes no sh!7 when it comes to a low quality of RP and I have been banned because of this. As for server events if staff choose not to endorse one that is being organised by me that is fine, nevertheless I will at least try to run events with no staff endorsement. 

Drew(Didn't want to tag since not involved) has witnessed first hand that I am able to partake and organise large roleplay events so it is known that I am capable of doing it but since then I have slipped up and I am now paying the price for it...

You do realize that if we were to unban you, any other instances of poor RP would lead to a 6month ban immediately?

Hope you've learnt your lesson. 
Make sure to follow the rules from here on out. As Mattch mentioned above if you are to be banned for a simliar offence again it will result in a 6 month wait before you can appeal again.
