I think it was a Misunderstanding of the situation on both parts and anything said had no mallace behind it towards the member of Staff

Regarding the 50 million I have a friend who was leaving the country and didn't want all the money to go to waste. Also the ban message is "Swearing at staff, appeal @ altislife.co.uk" and my ID is WYzS660nxIFXL6SQI+KDPWUXhuA=

My friends name in-game is Bol Gaetez and his steam ID is  76561198043528139 his money graph even shows the point where he gave me it.

Now that I have provided that information when can I be expected to be unbanned?

There are no timeframes for unban appeals, you should know this.

Another staff member will have to confirm whether the money graph information you have given us is correct, @Thesoldier but until then -

If you have swore at a staff member, I expect a full written apology to be sent to that staff member over the forums with proof of you sending it. (Screenshot, etc...)

After that, we can continue.

 
I am fully aware of the rules I was only asking. Although I do not know who I swore at if you can check for who issued the ban I will be more than happy to apologise to them.

 
In complete honestly I really do have no clue what I said to them all I know is that it couldn't of been nice whatever it was. In fact I don't even know who I swore at.

If you could check to see who issued me the ban I'll apologise and provide evidence as whatever said must of been taken to heart if they felt they needed to ban me.
