I believe i was banned because i was indeed logging off in a RP situation and i understand why i was banned , i do not diagree with it.

Why should we unban you ?
I think i should be banned because i have reflected on my actions and i truly do regret what i have done. I would also like to admit that me and Drmerkz should not have come up with that excuse as it was invalid. I really do enjoy playing on this server as it is my favorite Altis life server due to the high quality of Roleplay and the fun i have on this server with my friends and others. I would like to sincerely apologize for my actions, to the people involved in the RP situation , To the staff team and of course the server. I hope that i can be forgiven ,and i promise on her majesty i will never ever break another rule again. Thank you for reading this unban appeal.

Hello 

i have broken rule: 

(2.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

The reasoning behind this rule is because it is of course unfair to those in the Roleplay situation . It also isnt roleplay as in real life stuff like that of course does not happen. This rule is here to give everyone a fair chance at roleplaying without having to deal with people logging off because they are not happy with the current RP situation they are involved in.

The next time i find myself in an RP situation that i do not like i will most certainly Roleplay with the best of my abilities , for example if i am being arrested i will Roleplay normaly and now that i understand this rule fully ,i will not be frustrated with these situations. And of course i assure you i will not Combat Log ever again or break another rule as i have fully read all the rules and understand every single one of them.

Hello, thank you for replying 

so the sitution i was banned for was : we were initiated on by the police and it was a gunfight, we were put under restraints and arrested . Once we were revived by the medic the police officers were taking us to the pd by foot as it was nearby, just before we got to the PD i logged off which is combat logging (Rule 2.5). My thought process at the time  i had logged off due to the fact that i did not want to loose my gear and also i did not fully understand the rule of combat logging but now that i do im fully aware of it now and all the other rules on the server. I was also frustrated at the time because the RP situation wasnt going the way i wanted it to thats another reason why i had logged off. Of course the next time an RP situation like this happens i will just RP to the best of my abilities.

I am glad you understand what you have done.

Can you explain to us why you lied to staff on the player report? Why should we believe you can follow our rules if you just lie to us without even giving it a second thought?

Now of course i have no exucse as to why i lied on the player report that is my fault completely, but i guess i would say that i just didnt not want to get banned but now i see that lying clearly does not work and it was even more stupid of me to lie as it did make the sitaution worse. I have had enough time now to reflect on my actions and think about exactly what i have done, and the punishment of being banned is just horrible and this is what will make me never ever break a single rule again as i simply want to fully follow the rules and not get banned and of course have fun. I once again sincerely apologize for my actions and i hope i can be given a second chance and i assure you that you will not regret it.

I was just looking through your player account, care to explain how you amassed around 14 Mill in one day ? On the 04/03/18 

Remember honesty is Key.

So basically I was driving around kavala in my Black suv this some random person came up to me and said take me to athira please I'll pay you a lot , so I unlocked my car and he got in I drove him from kavala to athira we had a nice chat on the way , then when we arrived at athira he told me to get out and follow him behind a house , I thought I was gonna get robbed for a second but he didn't rob me. He then says heres your payment and gives me around 13/14 million via cash and at that point I was confused as hell, then he said enjoy im a baller and just left the server. From that point I've generally just been going rebel, gearing then Kavala. This is the first time I've had lots of money so I kinda forgot I had all that money and comat logged previously which is why I'm here with this ban.. You asked for my honesty I gave you my honesty.

you dont ask yourself qeustions that a player pays you 14 million for bringing you to ahtira? 
Also it did not came to your mind to report this to staff? 

 
I didnt know if the money was legit or not  , that was my bad i should have reported it to a staff that did not come to my head at the time , but i was Also kind of suspicious as to how he gave it to me by cash because normally people wire you money but he just gave it by cash.

 
Everyone always becomes suspicious after we mention it ;)

With regards to the combat logging, you appear to see where you went wrong and what you should be doing.

With regards to the money, we'll need to do some further digging to ensure its legit before unbanning you.

 
Thank you, if the money from that guy appears to be un-legit which i dont know ,  in your logs then I'm more than happy for the 14 million to be removed.

Just to confirm, you're 100% sticking with this story and don't wish to change it at all?

 
On terms of unbanning you the 14 million would be wiped from your account as i do not believe the "player" that gave it to you would have done so legitimately.. Do you agree to this term?
