In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I initiated fire on a group of three people committing an RDM without initiating role play/giving them time to comply with my order and I fully understand why I got banned.

Why should we unban you.
I committed a first time ban-able offence after playing on the server for a long time I fully regret the decision I made and I totally understand why it is very important to initiate role play in future I have filled in three of these forms which hopefully show's how committed I am to rejoining the server and I will not commit the offence again hopefully we can discuss this further if you wish to know more :)

Can you explain the RDM rule in your own words?

Also how can you improve on this situation? 

 
RDM - It's killing a player without initiating role play or giving them a chance to conduct them selves to the situation which was stupid of me considering we are on a very role play based server/community I can improve by playing my normal game and not having a freak moment of stupidity and conduct my role playing ability :) I can assure you that it won't be committed again.

In that very moment/situation I could of conducted a hold up of all three of them and scared them instead of just randomly opening fire without warning I could of communicated more with them and got what I was after instead of being an idiot :) maybe used the effect of a 10 second countdown warning so they had time to react and comply to my threats etc...
