In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
What I think happen was a bounty hunter took me hostage. I had no bounty. Then as he was running me to police HQ, he was mocking me and acting strange. Using a strange voice. I told him that this is wrong. I called him fat boy. At the HQ he had me tied up for like 7 minutes while he was just gone. I said "hey come here, I have a go pro on and I will be writing a complaint about you. Which is still roleplay. I called him fat boy again. I said to eat some more donuts. Which is still roleplay. Then I said the british prime minister declared a state of emergency for tooth decay. and to contact the usa for a dentist. Then an admin popped up without talking to me at all and I was banned. My guess is, because I am american and he had a chance to speak with an admin first, I was banned. I was unable to defend myself. Face my accuser and in the british bill of rights you are allowed to face your accuser and defend yourself. I was denied this right. I never asked for the bounty hunters name. And I was not really recording. So I have nothing. Right now this is just a case of he said this, and I say that. I don't even know what the complaint is. It is okay for him to bully me? Yet I insult him in a very minor way. But he can pick me out in a group of people? Shaming and bullying me as we run to HQ?

Why should we unban you.
I think we are just having a case of cry baby bounty hunter. Either making things up to get me in trouble or I was going too far with the tooth decay jokes. I understand I shouldn't be mean, two wrongs dont make it okay. I should have let him bully me and stayed quite or reported him. but I didnt care. It is only words and a video game. One that I like. I am always helping newbs and stuff. I think it was unfair to be banned. I wont do anything wrong insulting people again. :( I am also 29 years old in jan 21. so I am not a kid who normally gets in trouble. I just took the insult/joke too far :( Thanks.

I would just like to say also, Saying I was recording with go pro, and also that I would write a complaint, to me isn't breaking rp. Here is why, In real life it is a big thing now to record the police, they are constantly breaking rules/laws. Reminding them that they are being watched is good roleplay. Sending a complaint to the police HQ is a great way to still maintain roleplay while reminding the rule breaker that there is consequences for his/her actions. 
As for insulting, in my own words. Would be to cause harm to someone by teasing or going too far with jokes or out right insults. I did take it too far after reviewing the rules again. For a third time. I understand someone in real life, someone might have really bad teeth, and I didn't realize at the time that I could be hurting someones feelings by roleplaying teeth decay issues and calling the, to the character ingame. Not to insult the player behind the character.

The reason I issued the ban was the amount of abuse he was directing at the bounty hunters.. The reason I knew he was abusing them is I received a message on the Admin mobile that someone was being aggressive towards bounty hunters at Kavala HQ. When I arrived the swearing was and abusive language was unreal and then you began to say how bad Britain is, how badly they need dental care etc etc and by then I personally had heard enough.

Can you please be more specific? I didn't go on about how bad Britain was. All I said was the usa ambassadors were going to send dental hygienists to England to help with the state of emergency. I don't really know what you are talking about. "The level of abuse unreal?" :(
I am sorry for the abuse. What can I do to get unbanned? What about the abusive bullying done by the bounty hunter? Taking me hostage, then mocking me because I am american? So when I defend myself and shoot back. I am banned? Everything I did was roleplay. Please help. I deserve another chance. And I am sure it is a story of my word against his. He just happen to get to you first. Probably thinking, "I will get this dude banned."

PS, Idk why you keep saying them. It was one guy there. Not them. Only one guy. 1v1. You should have heard the stuff he was saying to me.

Gentlemen, I am a bit concerned at this process. It seems that the person who has become the sole plaintiff, is also my judge, jury, and executioner. In the spirit of British law and justice, of which this is in direct violation, and is unjust. Gentlemen, I am requesting a motion to move the case to a non biased third party admin. I am requesting a change of topic name to, "requesting new admin." I understand this is not a British courtroom, however it is a British server. A true patriot of England would happily oblige this just request.

I told the bounty hunter that I was recording with my "Go pro HD." well within character. I however, was not recording. This is said in my first post.

 
This is not a court of law

The questions and our process are to make sure you know the rules, and that we are comfortable with you being let back into the community. We pride ourselves in being a high quality RP server, and have servers that are always full the majority of the time. We have no white listing here, no mods, just a list of rules we ask people that can follow them. We are also a server that strives to be a place for enjoyment. Although Roleplaying can be intense on an adult server, at the same time there is a point where acting like a jerk in game can effect someones experience.

If you can't be bothered or are offended by this process, then there are other servers you can join. Crumble and Myself are the only admins that primarily handle unban appeals, and we work full time jobs in real life. We're under no obligation to handle unbans in a timely manner, nor do we have to unban based on our discretion. We are under no lawful obligation as well.

Conditions of your unban are simple:

Post a public apology to the player here, and be sincere.

 
I understand completely. And I do thank you tremendously for your hard work and dedication. I wasn't demanding any rush or anything like this, I was just concerned that the person (Liquid), who I am sure is a nice guy, Is not in the position to be the judge having brought the charges against me.

Now to bounty hunter of which is the original plaintiff, I am not sure exactly what was said about me, so I wont speak to that. I will say, that I am sorry to you. We are all human and lose it sometimes. I was pushed a little bit too far and decided that I would fire back. I shouldn't have. This was wrong of me. I am sorry if I hurt your feelings man. I am, because nobody deserves this. Again, I hope you were not too insulted and I am sorry for the insulting. I am sorry to all involved in this indecent, such as admins and other staff. You shouldn't have to deal with such trivial problems. Thanks for listening. :)
