In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was doing drug runs from the heroin field with two of my friends with our zamak transport trucks and we drove up to sell the loot at the dealer in kore, i just had a couple more processsed heroins left when i hear someone rolling up outside, shortly after i see a masked player by the door (who little did i know was an undercover cop) telling me to put my hands on my head, I decided I couldn't let myself get robbed with all the money I had on me (i assumed they were robbers) so I ran out back and hid behind a tree. They eventually come around the corner and I shoot one of them to death as he is walking towards me with my 4-5 i had purchased the day before, the other one came out the backdoor shortly after and manages to fire off a couple of shots none of which hit before i kill him aswell. At this point i can already hear sirens go off all around the area and I realize I had to make a getaway so I hop into my zamak transport and drive as fast as i can while trying to avoid the police pursuers, in the midst of my getaway I got banned.

I thought at the time that i wasnt breaking any rules, especially since i didnt know it was police that i killed, i assumed they were robbers and thought i was allowed to kill in self defense, regardless I didnt use my mic during the incident so i understand that i didnt roleplay properly and i should have asked questions first and shot later, previous encounters with bandits and rebels (and even in some cases other rule breakers) had taught me that alot of people act very aggressively very fast, and so i was only focused on self defense, rather than roleplay. I have since re-read the rules since and will do my best to roleplay better next time.

Why should we unban you ?
I believe it was a misunderstanding of the rules on my part and i did not know at the time that i was in fact breaking the rules, i know better now and i still have no intentions of breaking any rules.

Have you actually got a working microphone? Looking at your chat history it would seem you like to 'roleplay' by typing.. I would like you to come onto our teamspeak and speak to any staff member to confirm that you have a working microphone. Please link them this appeal and ask that they respond here confirming it works and is to a satisfactory quality.

Describe to me in no less than 50 words what the RDM rule stands for.

I had previously only overlooked the rules and not read them in great detail.

I already did go to the teamspeak channel prior to making the appeal, they told me to come here, one guy even recognized my voice from ingame he said and that he knew who i was.

And RDM is just what it says in the rules, attacking someone without doing quality roleplay, or without a reason, countdowns dont count. It is also ignored in red zones. I dont really know how to explain it in more than 50 words without reciting what is said in the rules section.
