In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for toxic mic chat and breaking NLR. Granted I was toxic on the microphone in retaliation to the way I was spoke to (not shown in the evidence video). I know I should have reported the play and not responded the way I did.

Why should we unban you ?
I enjoy the server very much, I play with one of my IRL friends quite often and we usually keep ourselves to ourselves. I was running past the ATM and called my friend a retard to which two players then started to tell me to come around a corner calling me a pussy. I responded by being toxic back, again I shouldnt have. When I respawned in Kavala I was right next to where I died and I did leave the area rather swiftly. I apologise to the player who I was abusive towards and can guarantee it will not happen again.

Right, so you got killed, respawned, called someone a retard, hid under a car and then broke roleplay... 

1. Why did you break NLR?

2. Why did you shout out retard in-game? I know what conversations can be like between friends, however you ran past the players that caused your death and then shouted out the discriminative profanity, seemingly at them..

3. Why did you deem it acceptable to break roleplay?

4. Can you quote ALL of the rules you have broken and explain them in your own words?

I had respawned roughly 100m away from the place I died in Kavala. I seen one of the guys running towards me and thought I would laugh about the situation. I quickly realised what I was doing was out of order and left the area immediately.

2. Why did you shout out retard in-game? I know what conversations can be like between friends, however you ran past the players that caused your death and then shouted out the discriminative profanity, seemingly at them..

I was being an ass. Due to the way they had started speaking to me I thought it would be funny to "troll them". Obviously now I understand I dealt with the situation horribly.

3. Why did you deem it acceptable to break roleplay?

During the situation I was being baited at times (understandable due to the way I was behaving). I guess I let the whole situation get the better of me and I have broken roleplay.

4. Can you quote ALL of the rules you have broken and explain them in your own words?

Breaking RP in voice

Using the microphone to talk to the "person behind the player". Also doing such things as calling somebody by their name who you dont know before they have told you their name, insulting the player on a personal level and saying things on microphone like "Come to teamspeak" / "This isnt real life".

 Breaching NLR.

You cannot remember what has happened in a previous "life" and you cannot return to the place that you died within 15 minutes. Also you dont remember who may have killed you, robbed you, spoken to you if not a friend or member of your crew.

I just want to add, since being banned ive missed playing the server and interacting with everybody else. I have been part of a gang in the past and enjoyed interacting with others on a serious roleplay level. Ive made a stupid mistake and just let it escalate. I dont want to come across like I am blaming the other players also in this appeal, it was completely my doing.

 
Don't forget;  (1.2) Discrimination of any kind is punished by a permanent ban without appeal.

Have you since apologised to the people you called retards? I know that between close friends and in CLOSED channels (private teamspeak rooms/in person/ other private ways of communicating) people say things like this but you were calling people that you do NOT know at-all that may be affected by such choice of insult (real life sibling may suffer from the illness etc etc) 

 
I have not had a chance yet as I cannot find them on teamspeak, should I end up being unbanned and havent seen them in TS I would ingame at the first opportunity.

Be an ass to others and you will be perm banned without an appeal. (I know this seems half effort but there isnt much else you can expand on that :()

 
Why did you decide to break roleplay to talk to someone? You had been warned a week earlier by staff and still did it again anyway. When I see this pretty long list of rulebreaks and a previous warning that was ignored, I can't help but see someone who acts in complete disregard of our rules.

Convince me why I should trust you to follow the rules in future when you are demonstrably unable to do so.

 
When I was first playing I didnt realise how serious RP the server was, I was warned and went and re-read the rules. I let the situation that this appeal is about get out of hand and reacted badly.

With this ban and not being able to play with my friends anymore I really dont want to ruin my chances again should I be unbanned. The funnest parts ive had on this server is during serious RP. I have played a fair few hours and these are the only two times ive actually failrped (not making excuses). As I said I just want to play again and roleplay, I havent found any servers I enjoy as much as this one.

If unbanned I promise not to break ANY rules again.
