Me and my gang members holding the same name tag [CIA], and my gang members were having a bad scinario as I heared from them, and I wasn't with them at their incident, so I got banned just because I was online and having the same name tag.

Why should we unban you ?
Because I wasn't with my gang members that had the bad scinario, I really love the server and I want to continue playing on the server.

Lies. There are 2 or 3 people in the helicopter who also shoot and who are just as involved You were online at the same time, don't try to bullshit me by saying you weren't with your friends. Honesty gets you a lot further in your unban process. You and your friend both have just filled in an identical appeal. Try again, tell the truth and just own up to your errors.

Dear @Khandamir,

You are right I lied and I was with them, I really want this unban process to proceed. I admit that I shot at the police unit direction but I have not killed or injured any one. I admit I was wrong.  I've revised the rules and I found out that shooting at the any target without an initiating with the target considered as RDM, even if my shots didn't kill or injured. To sump up, I admire to my mistakes and I regret my actions it will never happen again, I'm new to life and I will try to learn from my mistakes without breaking the rules.

You obviously haven't read the server rules, you don't have to kill to RDM, just fire your weapon.....

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).
