In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I think my ban is unfair. Reason: i didn't brake any rule.

Why should we unban you ?
My previous request for unban got denied, while i did nothing wrong.
My friend was flying a heli, he was the pilot and vmd'd someone while i was in the passenger seat. He got unbanned because he would never do it again but i got denied?

 Gerard (my friend) even told:

"I was flying with my heli with steve bills as passenger. I told him that I'm able to land a heli on plane. So I start flying towards the plane. Just a bit later steve warned me that there is a chance that the plane might explode and that this would be vdm. I ignored his comment and continued flight anyways (sure of myself that I would be able to land it)"



Then my request for unban got denied while gerard (the one that actually vdm'd someone) got accepted? How? I shoudn't been banned in the first place. I feel that my ban was really unnecessary because i never even broke a rule. I even warned him that it would be vdm and that we would get banned.

This is a rhetorical question. Why are you wasting staff time again?
 

My previous request for unban got denied, while i did nothing wrong.

I spelled it out very clearly why I denied your appeal. Your approach to the appeal was one of misdirection and deliberately cloudy and misleading because you didn't want to blame it all on your mate. This resulted in staff, mainly me, wasting a lot of time pulling teeth trying to find out something that should have been made clear from the start.  What you've said in this appeal, minus the moans about doing nothing wrong and how unfair it was, is what you should have said in your last appeal. i.e. you were the innocent party and not responsible for the VDM. Case closed, job done, but no.....

Staff time is valuable and we don't sit here reading through reports because we enjoy it. We do it voluntarily to help make this community a positive one. If people can't be straight and honest, then that's on them, not us. 

Now, I stated in your appeal that you could make a new appeal in 4 weeks time, yet here I am taking 15 minutes reading your appeal and typing out a reply just one week later. You will be eligible to make a fresh appeal on the 17th, not before. If you do make an appeal before this date, I will make it a permanent ban with a minimum period of 6 months before you can appeal again. Be thankful I've not done it for this one.
