In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
So my friend was selling his copper and i was watching him from a distance (behind the white building in the video), in case someone would rob him i could kill the guy robbing my friend.
While my friend was selling his copper a guy with a whit truck (the one that reported me) also stopped at the seller. While both of them where selling there copper a third guy (robber) asked my friend and the other guy to put there hands up or he would shoot. So i was aiming from a distance with a pistol at the robber but i accidentally shot the guy next to him (the guy that reported me). The guy that reported me never asked to solve this issue in teamspeak or ingame. If he had asked me i would happily gave him 50K for his stuff he lost.

Why should we unban you ?
Because it was not my intension to kill the guy selling his copper. I was aiming for the guy robbing my friend.

Okay, i believe that it was plausible for it to be an illaimed shot. However it still looks like RDM, henceforth do you understand why a ban was placed?

Do you understand all of our server rules? Are you willing to abide by them should you be unbanned?

Can you quote me the rule that has been broken by you in the video and explain it in your own words for me, please.

@Samatlewis I do understand why i got banned. I know i "rdm'd" that guy, but it was never my intension to kill him (i never rdm'd someone on roleplay servers, i love roleplaying. This was an accident). Like i said i was aiming for the robber instead of him. And yes i did read all the rules and i understand all of them. This is the one i broke :  (2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).
