I reversed into a hobo on a bridge and got an admin warning by stoneman and then replied with "okay"

Why should we unban you ?
Because I know understand how big of an offence VDMing is but before I just thought of it as a joke. Plus i won't be so stupid to reply with just "okay" and be passive aggressive but Instead actually apologise. Furthermore I realise my mistakes and have no excuse for them.

Yes I did read your rules but after p much seeing everyone do it constantly i just thought as it as not really serious at all and I would just get a slap on the wrist at most. Obviously I was wrong.

 
Go ahead and quote me the rule/s you have broken then explain them in your own words.

(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

VDM is vehicle deathmatch which is basically driving or ramming into a person or a persons vehicle with your own vehicle, but three vehicles are excluded from this rule: MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders). But the vehicles excluded are only excluded when they are being rammed into other vehicles that are MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders).

VDM is against the rules as it prevents ramming into people to prevent them from being able to move and have a chance against you and can often cause unfair play towards the person being VDM'd

 
Do you think driving over people constitutes good roleplay?

 
No, if anything it ruins roleplay completely. If it was allowed we would have people ramming into eachother in kavala all the time.

 
People who knowingly break rules for shits and giggles expecting a 'slap on the wrists' concern me. It shows they don't care about ruining other player's experiences. 

With that said, I do believe people should be given a second chance.  Be warned however, this report and your past conduct, i.e. warning for exploiting the prison system stays on your record, and a further infringement of our rules, regardless of how minor will not end with a simple slap on the wrists.

It's up to you now.
