I was banned because I lock picked in GZ on 16/08/02.

Why should we unban you ?
First, this happened well over a week ago and I am now just getting banned? Second, I am new to the game and learning the rules what I can and can't do. Also where is this guys proof I lock picked his car in a GZ? I did lock pick a car that day but it was well outside of the GZ and I never finished picking the lock. I feel I am being wrongly accused of this crime and since this happened almost 2 weeks ago the statutes of limits has passed and I should have never been kicked/ banned. I am formally requesting the ban to be lifted asap. This is a role playing server that does not allow its members to role play properly when we get kicked for something that happened 2 weeks or more previously.

It was actioned when I got around to it so I do apologise if it took a little while to ban someone who broke the following rule:

(6.4) You are unable to lockpick or steal vehicles in a green zone (Punishment is a ban)

Now the fact that you did it "Two weeks ago" doesn't really matter as there is no statute of limitations for this action.

I formally request that you wait patiently like most other people and think about your following replies.

So was I in the right for banning you for breaching rule 6.4?

 
Ok, I understand I broke 6.4 but do you really think I am some damn robot that can memorize all your rules and remember them 100% of the time? I see cops breaking rules all the damn time and get away with it! Banning a person for unsuccessful lock pick is very absurd and extreme! Like I said I was a new player at the time and was learning the game and no one can rightly know all the rules as a new player! Like, I said before this is the kind of crap that makes games like this not worth anyone's time and is set up only for the admin and cops to have fun while the rest of us plebs suffer at your abuses of power! 

 
Sooooo in your attempt to convince the staff team you should be unbanned, because you decided you would not follow the server rules. You just say that we are abusing our power? What I can suggest to you is that you wait a little while before commenting again, you are obviously not very happy at the outcome and from your position this seems reasonable.

I will reiterate what I have previously stated.

You were banned for breaking rule 6.4

and therefore how can we be certain that you won't break the rules again?

 
Here I was all sorts of ampt to play this morning, I had half a chub and kicking at these peasants trying to steal my gains and what do I find a damn ban for something I didn't know was a violation that happened two weeks ago! Thanks man for making me hate this game now!

 
Well I am certainly not looking forward to a back and forth with you over this.

People make mistakes, you made a mistake by not reading the rules and unfortunately breaching one of them. I also believe you are making a mistake by trying to get something by being rather rude to people who are trying to get the full story from you and process your appeal.

I will ask again:

how can we be certain that you won't break the rules again?

 
Because since that time I have learned the rules and have become a good player and have not violated them since that I can remember. Yes, I did state I broke the rule 6.4 but again I was NEW at the time and LEARNing the rules and TRYING to remember them all! This was my first offence and I have learned my lesson from it and have not done it since and me mates have helped me along the way with the game on the does and don'ts! I and my mates play everyday and have lots of fun and with everyday  learn new things and get better at them. I am a friend of the Police and Medics and even tried becoming a copper once but my application was rejected. I apologized for my rude remarks and I will control my temper from now on in my replies, please note as a Real Life Stroke Victim I have issues with my emotions and memory this I can not help.

Can you tell me what type of things are not allowed to do, when you are inside a greenzone?

You can't: kill anyone, rob anyone, steal vehicles, lock pick. 

weapons can't be out and must be holstered,

can't knockout a person, and no active combat may enter GZ.

 
With regards to the report being relatively old and you are obviously quite keen to get back into the servers and follow the rules.

What I will request is that you check the rules once or twice for me, in it's entirety and I want to make sure that you know that you can always ask the support team any question with regards to the community about rules and what not to do etc.

Approved but this will be actioned at some point tomorrow (17/08/2016)
