In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I think I got banned, because I killed an admin in rp. They tried to rob me, but I ran to a bush and tried to hide when they shot at me. Then I took my gun up and shot him. He lost ghillie suit and plenty of other gear, and right away kicked me for "rdm". We talked at ts, but he refused to listen what I had to say, he just said "ok you get banned" and left. In next 2 minutes I got banned.

Why should we unban you.
I would like to get unbanned, because I really like the server and the community, and have played actively for a long time. Also the way getting banned without real converstation nor reason isn't fair in my opinion. I understand if Neo had a bad day, and I'm sorry for what happened.

Can you explain the RDM rule in your own words

Nice RP. We were trying to find a box that was full of drugs, and we came down to talk, I got out said "Hello, anyone there", you were in a bush and instantly opened fire.

There is no RP from that.

RDM is shortening from "Random Death Matching". RDM Happens when you do not initiate (or are not initiated) in RP with the opposing party and end up shooting direction of the other player.

I understand the statement neo made, but i would really not prefer to start arguing about the issue with an admin. I fully understand the rules on the server and try to follow them best I can. But as we are all humans mistakes happen to all of us. They do usually happen when under stress, as you know. I have abit different thoughts what went down, but as i have no video of the situation i cant really proof anything. Still I would not like to lie about it, even tho I completelly understand not comping senioradmins comment might not affect the appeal positively. I was driving a truck away from salt trader, towards east.

 I got helicopter circling around my tuck, they landed next to me when I got stuck with the truck. They landed the helicopter next to me and I hopped out and tried to hide right away in a bush. You can see the positioning of the vehicles in this video of my gangmembers banappeal from the same situation: https://youtu.be/MY6qu3QzgC8 . These 2 guys runned to other side of the truck and yelled "hands up" when i started running away from them they yelled to me stop right there etc. They started following me and they were like 10m away from me. When they started following me I shot the another dude. Other dude turned around and went behind the truck. Rest what happened you can see from my buddys video what i linked above.

 Around somewhere here neo hand my TS channel swapped and came to have a talk with me, the dialog went more or less like: What was the point of RDM, I asked him that I dont think that was RDM, but meenwhile i was saying it he interrupted me told me im gonna get banned and left the channel. He then kicked me couble of times from the server if i remember right and then banned me.

 Im really sorry about the low RP but i was not aware i should need to stay and have a chat with 2 guys who where trying to get me stop with assaultrifles and have me to put my hands up. I really honestly tought that running away and therefore not complying to their orders was giving them a clear message that I was not gonna stay around with them. Im totally aware that I could have had yelled to my mic something like "hell no im outta here" or just something, but in a heat of the things i just tried to get out of there because my friends where on their way allready.
 and when the other man happened to be on the open I took my shot killing him.

How could you improve in this situation?

In future i would like to be able to improve my RP skills in situations like this. Im also thinking to get somekind of screencapturing program to help me while playing.
