I was banned for RDM.

Why should we unban you ?
I was reported for not confronting a guy before killing him but I did TWICE! In the video you can clearly hear me say "Move Back" and then after that say "Im Not Going To Rob You Just Stay Back" The Guy Then Gets Out Of His Car With A Gun Out So I'm Already Suspicious He Then Confronts Me Asking Why I'm Robbing A Hobo (You can also hear in the video he was planning to kill me and save the hobo) I Killed Him Due To The Fact He Ignored But My Warnings.

If you think get back, just stay back is enough to kill someone then you sadly are extremely wrong.

You was in the middle of an RP scenario both parties we're talking and both had guns, you pull your gun off your back and shoot him without saying anything other then, stay back.

Stay back isn't a warning. All you did was ask them to stay back and you wasn't going to rob them, that is not enough to warrant killing someone.   

Quote me the rule that you broke and explain it in your own words.

Also if the same situation happened how would you act differently

Actully to some other admins what I said was good enough the reason im reapplying is because my other app got timed out because I was out at the time. So I should be unbanned really.

Have you even read what was commented on your last appeal? it was an admin asking you for your steam ID and then timing in out. Not exactly saying what you put was ok as it never even got to the stage of the questions. So, you can either reply to my questions. or still think you should be unbanned because an admin asked you for your steam ID and me deny this appeal? Option is up 2 you

RDM - Random Death Match. Killing someone without reason/without warning. Example: Running up to someone saying "Hi" and then shooting them.

What would I have done in this situation?

I would probably have not approached the person as they clearly did not want me to. Also the person being robbed I did not know so I would have driven on.

Considering the events that took place, I could myself take your socalled threat: ``Stay Back`` as a warning, it depends how hostile you were to that person of course.

Common sense is used here, but everyone has there own understanding on how things are said. And put more EFFORT in your RP, when it comes down to robberies.

I will let you play here again, this is your first offense and hopefully last.
