If you go the thread you can see a video of me using the vehicle to ram the other players, as well as breaking RP.

Why should we unban you ?
I was a fairly new player at the time so the reason I VDMed was because I didn't realize it was against the rules. I cant remember exactly but I think I'd been running weed back and forth trying to sell it, spending a lot of time trying but I kept getting caught and being new to the game mode I kept failing so I was annoyed over the whole matter so on my way to pick some weed, I ran into the guys who were going to mug me; not knowing that VDM was against the rules, I started to ram etc in order to not get mugged as I didnt wanna have to start the whole run again. The crash at the end of the video was me looking behind me so I didn't see the car in front hence the crash. At which point I admittedly got salty and broke rp, I recently got a new puppy at the time which needed to be looked after, she was barking so I had to go check on her so like i said i broke rp and went to check on her.

It was a mixture of me being annoyed and not knowing the rules, I regret not fully knowing the rules and breaking RP, had I known the rules at the time and not VDMed the situation would've been avoided, if I'm given the chance to play again I would not happen again.

In your appeal, you speak a lot of not knowing the rules very well. I would you like for you to do is Quote me the Rule you broke, explain to me in your own words what this rule is and then final tell me why we have this rule on the server?

(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

VDM is when a player uses a vehicle as a weapon in order to cause damage or harm to player for their advantage or malicious intention. Its in place to stop players from abusing vehicles or trolling players with them. 

(3.1) You must remain in character at all times, unless a uniformed Admin authorises you to speak out of character. Roleplay everything.

Not sure if you wanted me to do this one, but might as well do both.

Break RP is when a player stops role playing and is no longer playing their character in the game but is playing as themself. This is in place to stop players from ruining the gamemode by playing out of character.

I would've have stopped instead of ramming them, I had no weapons on me at the time so I couldn't have done much nor did my mates who were current playing at the time, so I would've stopped and talked to them whilst staying in character.
