In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I believe I was banned due to players not hearing my team engage them and me proceding to defend myself and team when threatened. We were followed by two bounty hunters for no reason and gave them fair warning we were not going to take it, however they may not have heard this but I cannot be sure, I do have it on video that we warned them but I do not wish to dispute or argue if they heard us or not as they may have or they may not we can't be sure. I was asked to come onto your ts whilst I was filming for my youtube/stream and I couldn't at the time but when I did try I was unable to gain access to this due to some security level thing.

Why should we unban you.
I am a fair player, I do not gun down others randomly. I feel my actions are justified when some one puts a gun up after my team saying we would fire. I feel "Put your hands up buddy" or whatever was said is a challenge to which I answered with violence as I believed I had already warned them. I also felt the only reason the other players had complained was due to my killing them with a pistol when they were armed better and we're bounty hunters. I do not wish to argue or anything with any players I am an adult and I just want to enjoy your server with my friends as we had being doing all weekend without complaint until we met these player who complained.

Well the part where I said "fuck you" is a complete fabrication. We had warned them when they were driving around us, Isaacs is heard shouting at them, we had thought they were close enough to have heard us and assumed they had when they drove off, but they say they were not. 

I was not rude, I felt they were over reacting and so I said something about being butthurt due to being killed with a pistol for a laugh, Isaac was not rude either we simply were giving them our side of the story over side chat which they did not want to hear and accused us of being unfair etc.  

I did not go on ts as I did not have the details at the time and I was also streaming for my twitch channel. Although eventually I felt bad and I tried to go speak to them as I don't like people thinking I am a dick or whatever for no reason specially when this is not what the game and rp element is about. When I did try I had to do a security thing which was taking too long and I cancelled as me and my team were still rp'ing our story.

You can hear Isaac warn them in this video which we assumed they had heard as they drove off, we fire a couple of warning shots also. You will also hear that I do not swear at him once,  I hesitate to shoot as I was replying but hadn't pressed the caps lock key and my reply isn't heard, I said something like no way you're gonna have to shoot me but again this wasn't heard due to not hitting the key so I cannot prove this.

The swearing you will hear is us out of character in our own ts channel,  we are messing around and having a laugh and but become frustrated with these players reactions. 

I do apologise my rp wasn't heard but I hadn't intended to not rp as I have being rp'ing in various video games and pen and paper games for a long time so the concept is not something new to me.
