In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
It was a massive police bank operation trucks had just left the bank heading towards gold buyer, we were setting up at gold buyer ready to intercept the trucks full of gold I was on top of old bounty hunter HQ near the hospital. The trucks pulled up in a massive convoy along with two ifrits. Armed men got out we police inciated on them and officers were killed it then turned into a massive firefight bullets flying everywhere ifirits were driving around on drug dealer hill with armed men getting in and out shooting officers suddenly an officer said 'Im taking shots from a monster hatchback sport' taking shots at officers nearby. I saw the hatchback sport on the hill and took it upon my self to take shots on the hatchback sport on the hill the took a few pot shots on it on which resulted in getting me banned. It was a misunderstanding because I did not know it was it was not involved.

Why should we unban you.
I've been here since September 2015 and never got banned it was an honest mistake. I am very sorry to Fuel for shooting him on the hill it was a bad mistake that I made. This server has been the best experience I've had in the last 5 months i've made many friends that I don't want to leave behind. I enjoy Altis Life so much that I would spend 14 hours each weekend of my spare time playing it. I've introduced my friends and make them buy a PC so they can just play with me on Altis Life with me. I've never broken a rule in my entire time on Altis Life and have never intended to break a rule it. I have learnt from my mistakes I will promise never to do it again.

who said this? and how does a car shoot? I mean you were looking at this guy and shooting at him for ages.... sitting behind the wheel of his car..... yet carried on shooting.....

thirdly....

after paradropping in to find out who was actually making the shots, whilst I'm still in a parachute, you tell me to stand still multiple times... then, whilst in the animation of landing, you rip into me with rubber bullets without giving me a chance to even talk.... 

Now your "why were you banned" is a lovely story, but the simple line you needed to write was:

"Someone said a car was shooting, so I shot the driver that sat still"

It was an honest mistake the I thought a person was behind the car shooting I am very deeply sorry and will learn from my mistakes it was mis communication and everybody was shouting. I'm very sorry about the whole parachuting incident I should have waited the a few more seconds and took my time I'm sorry for not waiting and tazing you, the heat of the moment made me panic and screw up big time I am very upset and deeply sorry about the whole incident when you parachuted I thought you had a weapon and was involved in the operation I am very sorry and will learn and take my time in them situations.

I'm confused. How did you assume that he was involved when he just parachuted in? As a whitelisted member of this community we expect you to RP to your fullest. 

If you were in this whole situation again what would you do differently please include 

- Communication

- The sports hatchback 

- The person that was parachuting 

And anything else you could have done to improve

If I was to do it again I would check with other officers that the car was definitely involved in the situation. With the sport hatchback I would check through my binoculars for any armed men shooting or around the hatchback sport. With the person parachuting in I would keep calm and let him parachute in and finish the animation when he finishes the animation I would ask him what's he doing here and ask him to keep his head down because there are bullets flying around. Also roleplay with him as if he was a civilian in need keep calm and don't rush my roleplay.
