In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I believe I was banned due to a misunderstanding of circumstances. During the event in question, I was driving down the road in a Go-Kart. At which point I received a yellow connection chain and then a server disconnect. By the time I got back all I saw was a crashed car. It turns out in my brief moment of disconnect I had crashed into a Police Car. I got out of my Kart to hurl some RP insults, at which point the car exploded. Before I could react at all I was swiftly banned and given my reasons for being banned.

I can completely understand why I was banned, given that from an admin's perspective this could definitely look like Go-Kart trolling and a case of VDM. However I can assure you that I would consider myself above doing such acts. I did have video evidence, unfortunately I have a new PC and therefore no longer have the clip. I would happily discuss the event in further detail over TS if you need more details.

Why should we unban you ?
I believe I was banned through a perspective error, and therefore didn't commit any offence. However I can only apologise for things that are out of my control (I.e Internet Connection). If needed I can apologise to anyone effected by this.

The staffmember that was spectating, Is describing a whole other story. Then what you come to tell here. 
Maybe this rings a bell, "Stole a sporty in Kavala greenzone"

Honestly I have no recollection of this. However I will play ball, if (and that's an if) I did "Steal a sporty in a green-zone" then I apologise, I wouldn't actively abuse a GZ unless it was a joke with my friends or someone that is in on the joke. I'd much rather not waste your time, and I'd much rather get to the bottom of this. If I could have the full story of the admin I'd happily explain any occurrences involving me. As I've said it is more than likely a perspective error, which I can entirely understand. Alluding to things I did in a ban appeal ins't helpful especially when I could so easily explain the situation, if I'm given the full context of the admin's perspective. Despite all I am thankful for your swift response given the amount of appeals you receive on a daily basis. Cheers @Jefke V

So it started with you stealing a sporty in a gz, Then you use that sporty to run multiple people over thast wa son the sidewalk. 
Then when you got asked (in RP) Why you doing this. You told " Because i am bored"

Honestly I can't recall this, given that it was only two months ago (?) . Is there any video evidence? Or has there been a mistake on the admins side? Or my side? Seriously no clue what you're on about. Given that my side and the admins side of the story are so wildly different, is there a chance an error was made? Maybe my name was similar to someones? It just seems odd to me that none of what you've said matches up remotely with what I've said. 

In previous appeals I've learnt that coming out with the truth is the only way around getting un-banned. I'm not that stupid to not think that the admins use logs. It seems there may have been an error, unless you can prove me wrong. Which would at least put this issue to a rest.

As far as I remember I started off in Kavala, not doing much. Messing around with hobos in the GZ. I think there may have been a guy VDM'ing and we where screaming telling him to stop (Could've been a different time!). Either way, I ended up getting a Go-Kart from my garage and made my way to Agios (?) at which point I interacted with some people and continued on. Shortly after that I lagged out and crashed. I then received my ban message. This is honestly all I can remember. If need be I can discuss this in TeamSpeak to clarify anything.

Do you take us for idiots? Here's what actually happened. You stopped playing after getting bored and then after a few months of not playing you one day decided to act like a child like you've done before and jump on the server to troll and get banned. 

Now after a couple of months you've clearly come to regret acting like a child and you've attempted to lie straight to our faces in order to get another chance. 

Well i'm not buying it. You're clearly a of our waste of time and not worth giving another chance in my eyes, your ban will be upgraded to a 1.6 community ban as it's obvious that you're incapable of behaving proberly and likely always will be.
