In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I think I was banned because my actions when the Admin was discussing a serious topic of the person who received the ban. The guy that was banned was near me and I witnessed what happened. This lead to the Admin thinking that I was involved. The person that received the ban shot someone, after he shot the first person he ran away and then the admin froze him. He then tried to lie his way out of the situation and then resulted in a ban. Then admin talked to me in teamspeak about what happened and I was laughing due to the fact that the guy who was banned was froze and he thought that his keyboard / mouse had froze. The admin then banned me for trolling.

Why should we unban you ?
I think I should be unbanned from teamspeak because of the fact that I've completely changed in my ways of serious roleplaying servers. Not only this but I've waited a month before applying for this appeal, this means that I have re read the rules many time to allow myself to regain knowledge on this server. This server contains my greatest memories from me and my friends. I was so disappointed in getting banned for this. I couldn't believe the fact that I was banned.

Also I feel like I would be able to bring a great roleplay experience to other players as well as myself to create a fun and exiting time for the players on ALUK.

Yes, this is the player Jamie we were using group channel and steam chat, he had  my Skype and I have since removed him. I remember you saying that you could hear him in my mic through the steaming chat.

Yeah, I banned you for wasting my time, my colleagues time, and directly lieing to me.

Saying things like "Oh yeah make sure you permanently ban him" and then hearing a cackling followed by a NOOOOO from your mic, isn't really what I wanted to hear and tbh I am surprised you had the tenacity to appeal.

I truly don't see a reason to let you back in to the server, what will you do differently? what is the point? I mean you guys RDM'd in the green zone if I recall correctly, how this whole escapade started.

 
I'm very sorry for doing these things to you @Samuel Thompson his voice was from the steam chat as i deleted him moments after he was froze. To be honest I messed up actually joining the team speak with him still on the line, and i'm very sorry for it. What I will do differently is actually have a great time and never ever think about anything that may affect my position on the server. I seriously explained to you that the shooter should have no footing in the server, I'm sorry for when I laughed at him. You did a great job in what you did.

The reason I appealed was because this server is amazing as well as the the player base, the great custom server and help administration. Not only this but this server has held my best moments in Arma III.

@Soonado I have gotten to the point where I see that you really want to be unbanned.

But lie'ing to staff and directly trolling them is something that I do not appreciate. 

Here is the thing, I did not remember this small detail when replying earlier on, you RDM'd in the greenzone. Pulled your firearm and just shot him, I mean you did a lot wrong in a few minutes...

What makes me think you will not do this again?

 
@Samuel Thompson Ah yes I remember! I sent you the video clip. What happened was the guy at the crime scene was saying something to me and I ran away as you said 'Charlie leave', when you were dealing with Jamie. I ran to the boarder of the green-zone or in just a little bit in and the guy said drop your map with his gun pointed at me. He took it down and the moment he did that I pulled mine out but didn't shoot him. This was at the point when you came and talked with me in teamspeak.

Well if I was to be unbanned I would never do anything like these events again. This means any gun crime near to the green-zone and wasting time of any admins. Also I would never do anything like this again as not only would I love to have a spot on this server but honestly what I did was very wrong.

Anyone who puts this much effort into something of this sort, obviously wants it. By coming back everytime I annoyingly questioned you further you delightfully replied.

With regards to this be on your best behaviour not many people come back from bans like your own, I almost denied this even with your replies.
