In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Because I was killing people randomly without initiating and attempted to kill an admin.

Why should we unban you ?
Because at the time I was unaware of the rules that were in place. I assumed that the server was a regular roleplay server where the rules were not so strict.

As I have said previously, our strictness allows us to maintain a high quality of roleplay. When you join the server you are greeted with a message warning you about the strictness of our rules but yet you still remained ignorant. Why should I give you another chance following this?

I would also ask you to quote the rule that you broke from our rules page and explain it in your own words.

 
You should give me another chance because I was unaware of the strictness of the rules (like it says in my appeal) and I assumed that the server was like any other roleplay server where the rules where not so strict. I obviously didn't read the message warning as I was eager to play. 

The rule I broke was the Random deathmatch rule which is when you shoot at someone without engaging in a form of roleplay of a high enough quality.

 
RDM'ing is one thing - But surely it is common sense not to try and shoot the member of staff that is dealing with you...

Why did you shoot the admin? 

 
Well at the time I didn't know he was an admin. I had my pc on mute as people in my house were sleeping, I couldn't hear what the admin was saying, he had me at gunpoint so naturally I tried to kill him to get away.

I only found out that he was an admin after a friend had told me about what I had done.  

 
the rule you broke is the most common rule you will see out there on RP servers. also you claim your sound was muted but the admin would have said admin on duty above his head and wearing a tron like suit. Rather clear that he looks like an admin as you only see the suit if you have done stuff wrong.

So what are you going to do if you are to be unbanned.

 
If I am unbanned I will play according to the rules and with a high standard of roleplay at all times. I will not RDM again.

Now that I have read the rules I understand what is and is not accepted in this community and I would greatly appreciate it if I was unbanned.

Can you confirm that you not just read every rule but UNDERSTOOD every single one of them?
