(2.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay

Why should we unban you ?
If i wanted to combat login i would done it before the police arrested me. the reason why my game quited was my VPN update.(hotspotshield). it freezed my ARMA and i am ready to get my punishment in game . I know your rules and I knew If I combat logging I'm going to be ban . but my system was freezed and I had to restart it. I'm so sorry about that , I Would be happy to join the server again.

Because our country is sanctioned by other countries and I need VPN to do some work, for example, some parts of your site is filter for me.

 
You have quoted me the rule you were banned under put you have not told me the reason you were banned. What I want to know is what was happening at the time when you combat logged?

My VPN ( Hotspot) ask for update my system switched to windows then my arma game freezed . so i had to restart my system.

 
Did you try to contact the people involved and tell them this? EIther right away or after ?

when I came back to the Server I saw I'm banned from the server , after that I came to the teamspeak and I tried to send message to him , but he don't care about my message . I told him to join a channel to talk to him but he didn't. so after that I sent message to a Cop in his channel and I told him pls tell him to read my message. but he don't care about my message too.

First of all, it's a violation of the rule . it mean I cant log out when Cops have arrested me or something like that . it mean I cant logout for save my self from any threat , I can not logout to keep my money and equipment for any threats . I did wrong , I should not to restart my system I should not to leave the server and area It was my wrong and for that I got banned , because I logged out from the server when the cops arrested me .

This is interesting, Our server currently has a VPN blocker on. You should not have been able to join which your VPN let alone play with it. Also when i look at your IP's they all come from the same place. This is similar when I look at your forum IP's (A few are Different). This is interesting when you say you use a VPN.

I know I cant use vpn to join the server , I said I using that for websites some part of links are block for me in my Country .I didn't want to join the server with VPN . I am sorry for the combat log, I never intended to disconnect only that my VPN caused me to close the game, I'm  sorry for my actions and it wont happen again

So, Did you join the server with a VPN or not? From what I see at the moment you join the server on the same IP as you were logged in on the Forums with and you stayed logged into the Forums for several days after you were banned. 
Furthermore, 98% of all your IP's are from the same country and a very similar area within that country.  

You will have to explain yourself in a lot more detail. At the moment I am starting to think you have been lying to me?

lol @Alfred , why you think I am lying you? have you ever live in Iran ??? Do you know sanctions ?? Do you have block websites In your country?? no! you don't have and you cant understand me because you have not ever live in Iran . after that : you said our server has VPN Blocker , so!!!! So How can I join the server with a VPN if it is block from the server?? so how can I join the server with a different IP ? and After all these problems, I knew that your server was having problems with VPN so Why should I tell you that I use VPN? Why should I lie? If I wanted to excuse I could say better excuses . Please don't tell me lier . I told you the truth . and finally my ping on your server is +150 , so if you use VPN you know you will get worse Ping . so if I use VPN I will going to kick from the server for Inappropriate speed !

now I want to talk to you in complete peace of mind about this, lol . I was using VPN for using some part of your website because Iran blocked some part of Foreign website because they sanctions Our country so if you forgive me I will be happy , and sorry again for that angry reply 😄

Locked for 3 days for bumping. You are very lucky I didn't just deny this appeal due to your attitude in the second last post.

Use those three days to cool off and re-think your approach.

 
I was banned for combat logging. According to the rules this is when you logout from the server mid-roleplay, to save you from any threats such as an arrest. Logging out while in an active gun fight or chase is also considered as combat logging. I never intended to break this or any other rules .

I use VPN connection to do most of the stuff on my computer such as work . for this i use an application called "Hotspot Shield". when I'm playing on the RPUK servers, i do not use the VPN connection, note that the application still exists on my desktop. When i was roleplaying with the cops on the server , my VPN application asked for an update. i play arma 3 on fullscreen and the quick alt+tab from the application was enough to freeze my whole computer . after the incident i attempted to solve the situation with the admin that gave me the ban. I've also re-read the rules during the investigation and i can confirm that this is the honest truth .

After you have had a few simple questions asked of you. You got annoyed or angry and decided it was a good idea to have a little pop at me. Why should I trust that you won't act this way on the server when you are faced with a difficult scenario?

I wasn't angry for your questions , I had a bad day . I re-read the rules and you can trust me about it.
