I told someone that I would report them as I was shot with a tazer then arrested for no apparent reason.

Why should we unban you ?
I get why I should've been banned. I was talking in side chat about reporting someone but I was completely angry and I get that I did something wrong but I believe it's very minor and I have spoken to Matt and we both completely agreed on the rule that I have broken and I believe that I am now familiar with rule 2.8 and hopefully familiar with every rule.

(2.8) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice. There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice. For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban) Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members.

Don't threat to report, dispute or break rp in voice chat. You should never say 'oh im gonna report you' even when it isn't a threat it still comes under rule 2.8. Always use the forums to resolve things or even teamspeak. Do not antagonise the other person just take it to the forums.

I had not read the rule thoroughly at this time and believed that what I said wasn't a threat however it still came under rule 2.8. I can ensure that I will not do these actions and speak these words again as i have felt the pain and what it does to me when I am banned. I'm always pissed off knowing I cant come on and I really hate being banned so I will work my hardest to study the rules further and thoroughly to ensure that I never get banned again

I believe that you don't allow threats to report someone as it gets annoying and it's also spamming side chat with unnecessary things. It gets annoying for the person that has just been threatened as he will be trying to roleplay and have a great time while someone's spamming and bragging about how he's going to get a fat pcc report and it's not great. Also I believe you don't allow threats because you have other things in place to prevent threats from happening eg disputes.
