well im not entirely sure but from what i remember me and my friend basically got banned for running over someone that we didnt actually run over, but not entirely sure

Why should we unban you ?
well firstly it was 2 years ago now and im not sure if 1 act of "apparent" VDM is worth getting permantely banned for considering we played almost every day, and after two years we want to get back into it however none of the other serves are enjoyable.

well me and my friend basically just stopped playing arma after realising we didn't enjoy the other servers so much. Just played cs go and here i am two years later.

 
 I certainly dont think my roleplaying has lowered in quality and i think it may take a day or so to get used to the server again and get fully into character but i think that this will be an easy process although it has been a while i am fully aware of how the server operates and have re read all of the rules to fully understand how i am supposed to act.

 
Can you explain the rule you broke in your own words 

 
In summary under no circumstances can you run over another player or use your vehicle to harm another player and there experience, including if you roleplay. However MRAPS can be used inorder to disable other MRAPS (not any other vehicles as they would explode) however this can only be done in a roleplay scenario.
