In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Around about a day before my ban, I had a little argument with Elliott resulting in me getting Permanently Blacklisted from the Police, In all honestly, the situation was over-exaggerated, it should of never happened, but it did. Me and Elliott both went our ways, and i posted a little rant in a whatsapp group full of my friends, the only whatsapp group with people from this community in, who i class as mates.
I had posted my little rant, I never mentioned a name or anything and it was just there to tell people what had happened to save myself from them all asking me questions. I didn’t expect it to go anywhere, until i realised Elliott was in the whatsapp about a few moments later, I removed him, sent him a simple message saying how i don’t wanna speak to him anymore and i’m just going to go my way. It was all fine for a few hours, then i get contacted by Graham and Samatlewis, it was about the whatsapp message. I had spoken to them for around 30 minutes and what was said to them was something along the lines of Chronic Bullying towards Elliott. I had spoken to SamatLewis and Graham and a conclusion was made that I did not Bully Elliott, However what i did was not acceptable and i shouldn’t do it again. Graham sorted out a “Meeting” between Joseph Tadworth, Me and Elliott, so this whole situation would get sorted. For some reason that whole meeting did not happen the next day, Both parties were honestly not sure why. I sent Elliott a message one night and told him about the meeting, and how we should sit down sort this and I am sorry if he was offended by what i said. I took the whole situation as being resolved and went on my way. I said sorry to Elliott about what i said and we both went our ways. It wasn’t till later ingame a few of us started playing on the server and Elliott was taken hostage, it came to a point where i was left with Elliott, i spoke to him for a while and roleplayed how my badge was taken away, He wasn’t really speaking and sounded really pissed off. We negotiated, let Elliott go and went on our ways. I was being banned due to the fact of “Bullying”, which was resolved in a Staff Help channel the day before. I got accused of “Getting Outcast involved”, I never once got Outcast involved, they’re my mates and I wouldn’t dare get them involved in anything, and I know now a comment about what i said in whatsapp is going to be made and after i said that, I told them it doesn’t involve any of them and i shouldn’t of put that in the whatsapp, I told them not to say shit and to keep it to themselves. One major issue with in the Screenshot of the Whatsapp log is that the name is “Circle of Bullies”, The group had been changed to that due to the fact of Elliott referencing my friends as being Bullies, he had no reason for them being bullies, he just said it, so i referenced him. As you can see in the screenshot i was quite confused about why i was being banned after i had just sorted this whole thing out and left Elliott to do his thing and forget about it and the same for me, because it was resolved. . I made an attempt to explain myself and sort this thing out in a channel, but i was denied. I had never been aware of any of these things until I was dragged into channels by Member support, or sent messages by Staff, Elliott not once contacted me to sort this out, so i was took by surprise. I had then learnt Daniel had called Elliott Special in game or something, I was in a red-zone totally away from the situation, until me and Elliott had first spoken since the situation at the Oil Trader.
I was not given a chance to properly explain myself and in all fairness to Elliott if he had just came and spoken to me, Privately, even with member support if needed, this would of never happened. I have been told that there is “other” evidence against me and if possible i would like to see this, otherwise I have been banned due to the fact of what i said in the whatsapp log, I sent Elliotts private messages on whatsapp, none of them being vicious and we spoke in a friendly manner, He was willing to speak and resolve this with me, but then all of a sudden he had decided not to. In the end i got banned for a resolved situation.
I have spoken to Elliott since on a private Teamspeak server and we have come to a conclusion that both ends were wrong, He was wrong not to speak with me, and I was wrong with what i said in the whatsapp, Elliott even said himself that's the only evidence he had on me and that evidence was resolved. Now, I have been called a Chronic Bully, okay, then tell me why he has been friends for me for 10 months, and if i was such a bad bully, then why have i not been banned within those Ten Months, or even warned about it. I have had one case with Elliott that he classed as Bullying and that was taking his car out of the garage on an Epoch Server, I have spoken to Elliott and he has opened up to me before, I took that into consideration and respected him and tried my best to not “Trigger” him in a sense, sometimes he is unpredictable and even the smallest things can piss him off, that's not his fault though.
Finally, I would like to speak about my “Community Ban”, i got told by Elliott i got banned for admitting what i did, I am unable to quote what i said, due to being banned but, I merely admitted to what i said in the whatsapp was wrong, after all that was the only evidence and problem itself with me.
I think if i was spoken to in an adult manner it would of never come to this, I already got cleared by Member Support under the accusation of “Chronic Bullying” or even “Bullying”, so why was i banned for Bullying, all my attempts to explain myself were shut down and I was ignored, this happened all behind my back and then all of a sudden i was hit with it, all that needed to happen was a chat in Staff Help channels or even a private chat whenever with Elliott. He said he thought he would of “snapped” at me, if so why not speak to me when you have calmed down, why go straight to the admins and get me banned, without me even having the chance to explain myself.
Why should we unban you ?
I think i should be unbanned due to the fact that this whole situation was done behind my back, Usually in this community people resolve things in a channel, Like we did in the Member Support channel, I got banned due to resolved “Evidence”, I said sorry to Elliott and it was happy days, I am hoping i will be unbanned due to the fact of me not being a Bully, I have kept my opinions to myself and had a very clean slate up until now. If my unban appeal gets denied and the belief of me being a “Bully” is still active, then fair enough. I left this community peacefully, I did not go down in an act of rage at all, I went out with a calm attitude and went on with my life and played other games. I would like to be unbanned due to the fact that I have lost contact with a lot of friends on this community. I would hopefully like to be unbanned from Teamspeak so i can explain myself, I have had never done wrong by this community, i have had one player report placed on my head in the 11 months i have been here. I do miss my friends on this community, and I’d like to be given a chance to explain myself prior to this, that is why i am hoping to be unbanned.
