In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for having low quality of roleplay overall the past 2 weeks...
I was caring less about Roleplay and more about robbing / firefights, its like i was a bit addicted to firefights...

Why should we unban you ?
I think you should unban me because i have improved my roleplay abilities (or reconstructed them) during the past 2 weeks when the reports and rulebreaks from my side took place.
Well, i think the ban was completly justified and i would ban myself too!
Yet after the reports i have changed my name so i can RP without being judged automatically to see how people talk to me and react to encounters we have.
I was named "bananananana osas" and i was going around RP'ing / robbing / and sometimes just chilling with my friends and doing some salt runs.
I have been on this community for quite a while now and this moment was bound to happen, 'the point where i let my RP down', i think that was only a small phase
and off course there is place for improvement (non of us are perfect), and i am fully aware of the rules its just that sometimes i get carried away with the situation.
I saw the report and immediatly saw how bad it looked... I spent my time leading to my ban trying to RP and see where can i change and what to improve and i believe i have improved quite a bit.
If i get a chance to get back to the community im sure youll see an improvement and ill prove myself in notime.

To conclude my appeal:
I have been in the wrong, yet i have changed and am changing right now to a better RP'er...
During the 2 weeks i have noticed that i have enough money to NOT ROB as much and only target groups when its a fairfight and make sure my RP is to the highest standart.
I believe bans are given out because a person has slipped and will change after for good, (excluding the mass rulebreaks.)
And my time was quick but effective and i think i should be unbanned because of that!

You posted a departure thread for what reason? A ruse to make people think you'd left whilst you played with a few friends in relative secret? It confuses me. You stated you needed time to calm down and reflect in order to improve yet never actually left... You was also adviced by staff to take a break for a little bit before coming back.. 

Some of the reports were bogus and so they were denied however a few of them showed your fondness for playing in the 'grey', which obviously led to you winding up here.

Aside from playing under a different alias (which shouldn't make a difference) how can we trust you will improve the quality of our servers should you be unbanned? What can YOU bring to us that isn't a player that likes to play in the 'grey'? We understand mistakes happen, we are all only human but nonetheless it affects the experience of other players in a negative way.

I posted a departure because i thought i needed a break, and i was hanging in teamspeak for a day or two and after a bit less then a week i started playing again...

I had 3-4 days to play and as you can see nobody has reported me when i played as "banananan osas", frankly i wasn't even called to teamspeak.

first and foremost I can assure you with 100% confidence that you can trust me about RP more and shoot less mindset...

Only time will say if i have improved after and if you decide to unban me, I promise i will be more of a positive player to the server then a negative player and contribute to the civillians as much as i possibly can.

how can we trust you will improve the quality of our servers should you be unbanned?

Im afraid you will need to take my word for it, all i can say is that i HAVE improved and (not that it makes a diffrence) but i will change my name permenently to something random to prevent false accusations or reports and to start fresh with a new reputation (if i get unbanned)

Thanks for reading, I just want to say the rules i have broken are RDM /FailRP.

(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP.

I'm not really a firm believer in trusting that people can change however I am a firm believer in giving people chances.

Now, my question to you is why should you have to change your alias to improve on the quality of roleplay that you provide? Its a bit obvious in my opinion, ill explain:

as much as we all hate to admit it most people judge automatically when they see a name... (not with intention to metagame but its psychological that for example sometimes when people see your name, they automatically have a set opinion about you...)

so banananana osas or any name that hasn't been used yet and is free of criticism would do in my case and i would use it too, banana is just the first thing who came across my head.

and people have spread way less aggressive RP towards me when i used that name instead of slimshady.

at the end of the day it wouldn't change MY RP but it would change the people's RP with me... (in my opinion)

Ps; i dont think people can change (not literally i mean), i think people can be the same and just slip less and not break rules or use grey spots to their advantage.

I can understand your logic there, to a degree however we're not here to look at psychology so there's no point debating the subject so lets agree to disagree.

If you are that in-need of changing peoples approach to the roleplay scenarios you are involved with to the point of creating a whole new persona and character then you can do so, provided you PLAY THAT character.

I trust this has been a long enough time out, any more playing in the grey areas and borderline rule breaking/drama etc and you're gone for a 6 monther.
