In a nutshell?

Once you die, you cannot go within 1km of where you died and can't take revenge or know anything from before.

In detail

Basically, unless you d/c or you get clear-cut RDM/VDM'd you cannot return when you die. No matter what. If you die in RP, or by cop, or by suicide or by falling or even if the government kill you for knowing their secrets. You cannot return to point of death

Also, you don't remember anything from before you die, neither can you take revenge on the person for it. As that would be RDM/NLR breaching
