In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I spawned at ARAC HQ to see that are many potato bags and dead people at the hangars. When i walk towards th hangar I see 2 people with mk20's. They constantly pointed them at me. I got my chopper out when he was walking towards my with his gun pointed at me. At that time I just wanted to get out of there so i ran behind the hangar. When i peaked again I heard a gun shot. I thought it was me but it wasnt. Because I thought he shot at me I killed him. I posted the video on forum and got banned for Poor RP. I understand how it was Poor RP.

Why should we unban you.
You should unban me because I really love your server. I learned my lesson the hard way unfortunatly. I always try to RP over a gunfight. It was just stuppid of me to kill him because I felt treathened and thought he shot at me. I should have issued compliance, I realise that now.
I don't cause problems, never been reported and i am a really active member and I would be gutted if don't get unbanned. I wanna say sorry that I choose to kill him instead of RP with him. Thanks in advance!

Since you're a well known player who knows the rules, is there any reason why you didn't attempt to roleplay or even say something?

The reason why I didnt issue compliance is becuase i saw alot of dead people and two hobo's. So I automaticly assumed they were rdming. This doesnt give me the right to kill them without initiating rp tho. I didnt jump in my heli because I knew i would be shot, so I ran behind the hangar to see if he would go away. He shot and  I genuinly thought it was at me, there for I shot him.

Nothing against you, but lately there has been a trend of "Well these people are breaking rules, so I can kill them." For future reference if someone is breaking rules, just record/resolve/report. Two wrongs do not make a right.
